Morning all!

Well what happened to the weekend? Mine has gone sp quickly, that I blinked and it was Monday once again!!
Got on the scales this morning and lost 1lb not too bad considering I have extended * weeks!
Will have to see what the scales say at class tomorrow evening now.....
Hubby has once again taken the trek to France for the week..not fun! :sigh:

22/02/10 - RED DAY
Breakfast
250ml semi skimmed milk HeA
4 Rivita original HeB, with quark, onion and plum tomatoes on top - delicious!
Apple, banana
Lunch
Left over roast chicken with sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, green beans.
100ml Tesco gravy granules 2
Mullerlite yoghurt with mixed berries stirred through.
1 packet Asda cheese curls 3.5
lychees and grapes
Tea
Asda gammon in cheese sauce 4.5
198g new potatoes boiled in skin HeB
cauliflower, carrots and jerusalem artichoke.

Oooo Good luck Hun...Im on a extended * week, so not really holding out much hope and I have been good!!

Feeling really low today and have been struggling with a killer of a headache :( I think Im just tired really!

Well you guessed it..sts last night...blooming TOTM! Oh well! My clothes do feel looser, so I hope the scales will show the loss next week. :sigh: Im seriously considering giving up setting myself any challenges as I seem to fall short at each one!

Apologies for the delay in getting this food diary in...I had the dentist this morning and have only just felt the need to do some work! Lol...it was only a small filling, but I didnt sleep last night and then cried whilst at the Dentists and then when I got into work...I am such a wuss!!! :cry:

Hi Everyone!

Been really busy at the moment with sorting the house out as much as I can on a week's leave! I lost 3lbs on my scales this week, but 2.5 on the SW weigh in, so chuffed to beans!
A friend and I went dancing last night, so hopefullyI will have managed to shift a bit more for next week! Yes, I am being a very good girl event to the point of taking Daughter to BK or MDonalds and not having anything! I think I shall spend today polishing my halo! Lol

Hey Huni, I'm glad to hear that you are still doing really well. Sorry I haven't been on in a while but I fell off the wagon in spectacular fashion as my head wasn't in the right place and I have had the mother in law and nana in law staying with us for 3 weeks between them - not so good!!!

Once again back at work and trying to catch up with all the rubbish back log that I have been given!
I weighed this morning and appear to have sts, I must admit Im a bit disappointed with that, but I will wait and see what the SW official weigh in says tomorrow evening. I think I will give up on weighing twice a week now and just use the SW results.

I think its all sorts of reasons...with the band was ill a few times last week, so maybe that was it..I dont know??? :confused: I know I stuck to plan 100%, so it cant have been from that!..oh well, I will keep at it, the weight will come off eventually Im sure!

Busy again today..there never seems to be enough hours in my day at the moment! Hubby is preparing to go over to France again next week and I feel that I am constantly chasing my tail in order to keep up with everything! Oh well!:sigh:
On a more pleasant note, I've had a few compliments today about how thin I look...ok I am dressed in black, but even I have begun to notice that I have a more curvy shape as opposed to the barrel I once was! Lol
