Glad they've changed your pill, it does make alot of sense. Something that worked for your body prior to losing all this weight isn't necessarily going to work as effectively now. I really hope you see some improvement and maybe it will help balance your body and improve the tiredness too :rolleyes:

I went for a blood test this morning to rule out anything else that could be making me tired. There is diabetes in the family too, so just checking everything is ok.
I had another gain this week of 1.5lbs, but again after the weekend wedding that I had, Im pleased that it wasnt more! So 3.5lbs in 2 weeks is ok with me! Just have to get that back off now and I know it will come off eventually.
Work has certainly kept me busy, so this is the first food diary I have posted in a long time!

01/07/10 - EXTRA EASY DAY
Breakfast
250ml semi skimmed milk HeA
4 Rivita original crispbreads HeB
Asda cottage cheese with chives and onion
Apple
Lunch
Left over Batchelors mild curry rice with Asda chickpea dhal and side salad (delicious!)
1 packet Asda cheese curls 3.5
Mullerlite yoghurt
Tea
Asda gammon in cheese sauce 5 with syn free vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans topped with egg
fruit salad - pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries

Total syns for day: 8.5

Hi all!

Well Im a busy bee again for the next few days. I work full time day time, but Im also a registered sitter, so worked last night, this evening, tomorrow evening and Monday! Eeeek!
It just means that I have to be more organised than usual with food preparation, although last night the family's dog ate my tea! I was not impressed!! :mad:

Morning all!! Well what a hectic weekend I have had! Yesterday was supposed to be my day of rest and I ended up doing 4 hours of ironing and not making a dent in it! Ooops! :eek:
I have been 100% for the week so far and Im hoping that the scales tomorrow evening are going to be kind to me!
Its my * week too, so not sure how things will pan out. :sigh:

4 hours ironing....thats more like an ironing mountain. I had a quite saturday as felt pmt (ish) but yest I was full of energy and ironed for 2 hours, cleaned for another 2 hours and then went to the gym for an hour :eek:....where did that come from lol

Awww Claire! Glad to read that you found some energy there!
I had planned to finish my ironing yesterday, but forgot that I was working. This evening is class, so another evening of doing very little :) I have to do some ironing, as Im almost out of clothes!
Saying that, I am wearing a size 10 blouse today!!! :D:D I bought it in a sale and thought that it was a 12....nope label says 10!!! OMG!!!

Im looking forward to class this evening as Im hoping to have lost the gain over the last 2 weeks...we shall see. Im feeling quite bleurgh from * week anyway.

Lol thanks Claire, I did show it off! :) Im convinced it was just a loose top though!

Well, last night managed to loose 4lbs on a * week!!! :eek: Thats the 3.5 lbs gained over the last 2 weeks plus 0.5lbs extra...I cant believe it!!
My Consultant has also given me an invitation to learn more about becoming a Consultant myself, as its something that I have wanted to do for years. Im attending a meeting on Sunday to hear moer about it. It was the cost of buying into the franchise that stopped me the last time, but apparantly there are some other options available this time around...I hope so!

Morning all! I feel as if I have done a full day at work already. Blooming Hubby started to snore from 2am. He wasnt wearing his mask and the noise was unbearable! I threatened to attack him with my alarm clock at one stage!
I still havent completed my ironing mountain and its getting bigger again! Eeek! Daughter is around a friends this afternoon, so I should do it then....hmmm.!!

What is the mask your hubby wears? Is it to stop him snoring or to muffle the noise? I'm intregued!
 
Lol Jaylou, its called a CPAP (sp?) mask, that is designe to blow air into the nose and throat to open the airways. When its fitted correctly, I cant hear a thing and its great..he doesnt sleep that well though as the air is forced through the mask.

Well my Boss has once again prooved how much of an ar*e he is. The mood in the office has dropped so low that the office is not a nice place to be again. Im so pleased that my hours are going to be reduced, otherwise he would be another one on my hitlist!

:sigh: Hi all.

I am feeling really low again at the moment and just cannot be bothered to be upbeat about anything. :cry:
I havent had a weekend really, as I worked most of it and it got to the stage where I ended up having to go to bed yesterday afternoon as I was ill.
My boss is a complete nasty piece of work and is making everyone's life hell and the mood here is just awful.
To top it all off, although Im working all the hours that there are in a day, Im just not making any money and SW is becoming too expensive for me. I am trying to reduce my spend each week and this week I have just £30 for a family of 3 to get for...should be a challenge if nothing else.

Why oh why do some bosses have to be like that! don't they realise they get more from their staff if they encourage and motivate!
Things are sounding pretty tough at the moment for you hunny, stay strong and concentrate on the things you can control which is staying focused on being 100% SW.....take the £30 food challenge by the short and curlies and I look forward to seeing some great new budget buys from you ;)

Well I managed to get the food shopping done with £2.00 to spare!! :eek:
Even Hubby cant believe it, it was just the fresh fruits and veg that we really needed, as there are things in the cupboard and freezer that can be eaten up as well.
The situation here with my Boss is no good at all. The staff are on about holding a meeting to approach Head Office to complain as we all feel the same way about this man. I dont know if it will make any difference, as they love him. One of my colleagues has already been branded a trouble maker as he has already approached HQ....so not sure.

Weigh in tonight..I hope the scales are kind to me again, as Im not sure how I will cope if they arent!

Well...managed to loose 2lbs last night! Really shocked as I had lost 4 the week before..even got my 2 stone sticker! :bliss:

Im now 12 stone 10 and havent been that weight in at least 10 years! (maybe longer)...3 more lb and I will have lost 9 stone!! :eek:
