I went for a blood test this morning to rule out anything else that could be making me tired. There is diabetes in the family too, so just checking everything is ok.
I had another gain this week of 1.5lbs, but again after the weekend wedding that I had, Im pleased that it wasnt more! So 3.5lbs in 2 weeks is ok with me! Just have to get that back off now and I know it will come off eventually.
Work has certainly kept me busy, so this is the first food diary I have posted in a long time!
01/07/10 - EXTRA EASY DAY

Left over Batchelors mild curry rice with Asda chickpea dhal and side salad (delicious!)
1 packet Asda cheese curls 3.5
Mullerlite yoghurt
Tea
Asda gammon in cheese sauce 5 with syn free vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans topped with egg
fruit salad - pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries
Total syns for day: 8.5
