Morning all! Well I have been a naughty girl this weekend, but I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and if I have a gain on Tuesday, its not going to bother me too much!
I was planning on being really good for this chinese buffet Hen party that I was going to on Saturday..I even worked out some syn values for some things that I would have eaten. I dont normally drink, so didnt think that was going to be an issue for me.
Hmmmm. After 3 ciders and 2 bottles of Smirnoff ice, I ate within reason...then Sunday rolled around and I just couldnt face the thought of eating a salad for lunch..so ate really badly yesterday too! oooops!!
The upshot was that I have had a blooming fantastic weekend and have another coming up this weekend too! These are the only events that I have this year really planned, so not too bad I think!
Anyway, back on track today, so trying to limit damage in 2 days...we'll see!
