Well, I think I may have discovered the reason for my gain...blooming * week keeps starting every 2 weeks...must see the Dr as I think it may be time to change my pill....been on the same one for nearly 20 years and just recently, fluid retention, headaches and sore boobs always seem to be here!

I am on Cerazette - i used to have frequent breathrough bleeds on my old pills, and this one is brilliant - hardly any bloating, less moodswings, reduced period length (and sometime no period for 8 weeks!!) there was a recent thread about it on MM, and seems quite a few girls take this brand.

Might be worth a suggestion to your GP honey xxx

Thank you Hun. Im on Cilest and have been for almost 20 years. I think pumping my body with the same pill for that long must take its toil somewhere along the line!

i tired cilest as one of my first pills and had to come off it after 3 months as it was rubbish! We are all diffrent and there are so many pills out there im sure you can find one with less side effects for you =]

Hi everyone, this is the first time that I have been able to come on here in earnest today! I have been really busy!
I have applied for a couple of jobs over the weekend, but Im really not desperate to leave until September, but will keep looking!

I feel a little more positive today, even after a very tiring weekend! I worked Thurs, Friday & Sat night until really late, so ready to fall asleep on my nose!

Hi Claire and everyone!

Yesterday was spent with my Daughter and her friend on their last Nursery outing in Moors Valley Country Park. We all had a lovely time and I must admit I almost fell asleep on the coach home! Hubby picked us up (Daughter and friend in tow) and then dropped me off at class - lost 1.5lb this week. Im now 12 stone 12.5 lbs! I am so chuffed!
My original target was 10 stone, but I think I will stop at 11...will change my information to reflect that as well!
Today Im giving a private dance lesson and really looking forward to it!

Thanks Claire, I am feeling much better...well have my voice back even if my sense of smell and hearing has gone!
Im still fretting over the chinese buffet tomorrow evening. I went on SW website earlier and worked out the syn values for as much as I could, but I know its all going to be wasted on me. Dont know what to do? :sigh: Im looking forward to a night out thats for sure, its just the whole eating that is worrying me!

Morning all! Well I have been a naughty girl this weekend, but I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and if I have a gain on Tuesday, its not going to bother me too much!
I was planning on being really good for this chinese buffet Hen party that I was going to on Saturday..I even worked out some syn values for some things that I would have eaten. I dont normally drink, so didnt think that was going to be an issue for me.
Hmmmm. After 3 ciders and 2 bottles of Smirnoff ice, I ate within reason...then Sunday rolled around and I just couldnt face the thought of eating a salad for lunch..so ate really badly yesterday too! oooops!!
The upshot was that I have had a blooming fantastic weekend and have another coming up this weekend too! These are the only events that I have this year really planned, so not too bad I think!

Anyway, back on track today, so trying to limit damage in 2 days...we'll see!

Hi all...I have been without interent access for most of the day, so only just managed to get on here!

I gained 2lbs last night, which in all fairness I really thought would be more! Im back on track for the rest of the week, although at the weekend I am attending a wedding and the food is already arranged (have no control over), so if I have another gain, Im not too worried, as I know it will come off again.

Aww Jaylou, you will loose that again in no time Hun, I know the weather doesnt help either!

Well I have now got over my weekend of eating rubbish and also throwing most of it back up! Feel really awful today and I know its not gastric band sick, it was dodgy food sickness that I have :(
All I want to eat now is stodge and rubbish, so...this evening Im going to do just that. I know I will see another gain at weigh in tomorrow evening, but again not too much of an issue for me. As of tomorrow I will be back on straight and narrow and raring to go!

Im going again tonight and Im expecting another gain, but after the weekend I have had, Im fine with that!
I have stuck to plan 100% so far today, but I feel really bloated after having 4 days off plan this week.
Saw the Dr this morning and she has prescribed me Yasmine contraceptive pills now instead of Cilest. She thinks that because of my weight loss being so drastic Cilest isnt working with my body anymore. It should be interesting to see if this helps. Im also going for blood tests as I am constantly tired although show no other signs of anaemia....we shall see.
