Muffy, I think Miss perfect says it all. Just remember that if you stay in ketosis you can't fail to reach the weight you want to be. Use your fav photos as inspiration, not to bring you down. You've got a beautiful face whatever size you are. Thinner today than yesterday! Sending you strength :vibes:

how on earth did i let myself go back to the last picture here is what i look like now. after getting down to a normal size that i was in the 1st 2 pictures :( really upset today xx

You are on your way back there you really are!! and if you were doing nothing about it THEN you should feel sad.. but you are, so you should feel excited - you ARE going to get back there Muffy, and its not going to take too long either. Yes its going to take time - but a lot less time than if we did nothing and continued to get even bigger. We are doing it Muffy we really are! Be strong, feel proud, you are going back there hun :) xx

Oh hunny I know how you feel I had a little internal cry today whilst trying on my size 20 holiday clothes :( DONT LET THIS BE YOU!!! You looked so stunning in the first pic you'll get back to that easily by holiday if you carry on as you are, :) you're such a pretty girl hunny x don't be upset you are doing your best x that's all you can do x
 
Hey iv hot to sort kids dinner so can't reply to everyone right now. Ill try to get round to you all in a bit.

iv been visiting my friend she has lost 8lb now and her 1st weigh in is on Wednesday xx

I am doing ok. Glad I went to see her as it gave me a bit more umph for the rest of the day after chatting about the diet and we ordered some bumper boxes to split between us :)

Iv had 3litre water already today. No zero. Half a banana shake.

I'm having the other half of the banana shake soon and dinner is chilli (s&s) I don't know what to have tonight I might have a slim fast bar with some nice hot mint tea in front of the tv xx

I put on 9 stone after losing 8 and feel furious with myself so you'll have to dig me out of the pit one of these days : ) , someone once said to me to view moods and thoughts as fleeting, just let them float by and move on. Helps me on down days. If all else fails do the funky bunny dance :bunnydance:

I really want to be back there, I do... Struggling tonight though :( god knows why I feel so emotional but food is what I always turn to when I feel this way. Iv had the half shake and the chilli for dinner. I just have to last long enough and decide on my last pack to get me through til bed time xx

I feel bad complaining. I still have over 6 months to get weight off I should just get on with it. And stop moaning and feeling sorry for myself. I just panic so much about everything.

I will be 100% positive tomorrow I promise. I just have to get through tonight. Small steps xx

Thank you ed for sharing them with me it means a lot that you did that for me xx you are pretty, and well proportioned which must really help. I'm short and dumpy with huge boobs yuk! so I ooze everywhere!

But the more I think about it I did manage to look ok with clothes o. once the weight came off. The ooze is containable haha xx

Just need to get back to there...

Iv just realised my ticker says 6 months 1 week until Tunisia

If I can average 1 stone per month and work my butt off in the last week before I go then maybe I CAN get to goal on time? Xx I wish I could fast forward a few weeks xx.
 
Have you got any bouillon you can have when you need an extra something? Drink water to help push away tempting feelings. You sound like you are fighting with yourself, Mind vs Body. Your body will always want to be fat, Your mind will always want you to be slim and happy, healthy, confident, and all the things that will make the bad feelings and fighting go away. Dont give in to anything and let the body win, Dig deeper to the part of you that is bursting with dermination and strength for the happiness that comes with being the slim you :) Re-read that post i made. Remember that if you give in every time you feel the need to then you will be battling and dieting all your life. We need to fight hard now and push through everything to win and never have to do all this again. How amazing is it going to feel to look in the mirror again and see that girl wearing the teal jeans? The girl you feel is the real you but is trapped in a body you dont want. Only you can do it, and we're all here fighting with ourselves just the same. You're not alone, we're all beside you fighting the lbs off and soon we are all going to scream success with each of us reaching goal. None of us want to be the fat one left behind when everybody else has hit target and become slim, I want you right there with me posting in the maintainers section, bursting with happiness and butterflies in your tummy just looking at your reflection. You can do this Muffy, you have done it before, you WANT this.

Re-read my post, look at your slim pictures, force your mind back to when you were 11st and remember how bloody great it felt, how great YOU felt. We're already on our way all of us together. Im not leaving anyone behind, you have got to smash all thoughts of weakness aside when they arise to test you, and fight onwards. Get this over with once and for all, you deserve to stop fighting. Stick with it and in 6 months time you will be the sexy blonde on the beach feeling every inch of the girl you are inside. Let this be the last battle against your body and make sure you win! We're all with you xx
 
26weeks as of tomorrow until I go to Tunisia.

I have 90lb to lose .....

If i divide 90lb into 26weeks that is 3.5lb a week.

I want to weigh monthly. I'm really going to try to weigh every 4 weeks. Serious thinking going on tonight xx

That made me cry :'( thank you so much. You're amazing. I wish I was as supportive of others as you all are of me. I struggle to find the words.

I will do this I want to do this I will re read it all again and again. I read it out to my mum and my friend already xx

Now off to look at pictures of the Sahara and picture me and hubby on a romantic camel ride with the sun setting on the desert :D xx
 
You are very supportive Muffy! You always have something lovely to say. Besides, it can be hard going supporting ourselves and others at times. It is a battle after all! One we all face together :) I dont think we each realise how supportive we are to eachother just by staying on the track.. it all helps someone else stand firm too. Thanks you so much for those kind words! :) Im so proud of how well you're doing, It doesnt have to be an easy smooth ride at all times, it just has to finished with all passengers at the last stop xx

Im doing good today, thanks Muffy.
Now, if your weight loss has to be 3.5lbs a week till your holiday, thats not unachievable at all is it ?
Get into the swing of this Muffy, with sticking on track diet wise, then add in your exercise when you can. I know you can struggle with it, due to pain ect, but even walking 20 mins a day will help you get there.
You can definatley be at goal by your holiday.... or soooo close it will be scary !!!
Lets go Muffy, we all want to get there with you :D
 
Hi Muffy I want to try to be at target by August, I need to lose 3.5 pounds a week, it is doable, I normally leave it till last min.com then panic then don't do it.
But we can do it !!!! What about doing a challenge on here or something ?
