So I worked out it's 33lb to get off b4 Xmas

8 weeks until the 20th dec averages about 4 lb a week wonder if I can get that every week I bloody hope so !!

Feeling lil dizzy when I stand today so drinking loads a water n keeping busy I know the drill from before , although it seems like ages away I can't wait to get weighed x

I'm not sure if I weigh in Saturday al have only been on 5 full days
So 2 days early

I dunno :0/ I could end up working a Monday though business is unpredictable at times so in the end al probably be better with a Saturday weigh in xx

Well had a shockingly bad day with work today ,so stressed:0/

shake wise all is good though

Between my legs just about to have my first shake of the day

Last time I came on I was 14 11lb I'm 15,1
Weighed myself at home and will
Continue this I think as I had some shakes left from
Before to keep my going until Monday x

Weigh in days back to a Saturday for me !!
Iv been on the treadmill and I actually jogged I'm over the moon may seem
Silly but I have a treadmill and have never jogged before always fast walked on incline I'm happy the days coming an end though so I can go to bed and start day 2 tomorrow :0)

Hope everyone is well , neglected the site and ppl on here with not coming on before really but I'd like to say thankyou for support I have been given so far !
