I recently found the Pinch of Nom site and FB page- they have some delicious looking recipes!
I'm not willing to pay the price of porky lights!! I'd rather use a few syns!! Only want the fibre one bars because they are on offer!! Again not willing to pay the full price! Slimming foods are ridiculously expensive.
Had my lovely roast dinner for lunch- it was AMAZING!! Loads of veg (broccoli, green beans, red cabbage and carrots) but of course it had butter on. I did eat the chicken skin, gravy made with juices, giant yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes though... And I caved and ordered a side of cauliflower cheese (it was soooo worth it!). A synful lunch but I drank diet coke and declined the dessert menu (mainly because I was stuffed!)
Today's food (22/01/17)
B- Nothing.
L- Sunday roast as above (millions of syns!)
D- Mango, kiwi and a special k bar (hexb)
Snacks- None.
Drinks- Diet coke. Coke zero. Tea (0.5syn for milk) Costa skinny latte (hexa for milk + 3syns for syrup).
Syn total - 3.5 + synful lunch.
Weigh in tomorrow!!
