My 128 lb Drop Diary [WEEK 67]

Yesss!! That's a great loss! Some of it ,ay be water weight but some if it will be fat loss too! You're doing brilliantly!

Here's to another great week for you!

Thanks guys, I seriously binged out yesterday on Cheat Day! I love it.

Here's to another week. I just wanna get into the 16's ASAP.

Oh and well done Tracy :)

Thanks very much, Alex and Kira! Getting there now - I'll reassess when I get to my current target and decide whether to go the whole hog (so to speak!) and aim for an overall loss of 10 stone (seems a shame not to, doesn't it?!). :) xx

Hi Rev,

I'm new to the site, saw your thread and thought "now there's a weightloss progression story I'd like to read" ... 45 minutes in and I was on page 13. So, I've skipped ahead to the (current) end but can I just say - bloody well done! You've done amazingly, 70lbs down!! Yes please! Sounds like you're on a roll and your plan just seems to work so well for you and I can truly see that this is a lifestyle change. I'm raising a metaphorical glass to you - cheers! :)

Evening Tracy! I've a feeling you'll want to adjust you ultimate goal once you lose the current 7lbs left. And why not after all the hard work, determination and dedication! It will also bring you well under your BMI and give you a buffer zone if you like and I recommend that as the extra 7-10 make a difference to you feel and clothes fit.

See how when you get there. It's easier enough to gain 7lbs but the last bit seems to be the hardest to lose for many of us. I am a prime example!

I must admit those are my thoughts exactly, Kira! I know the BMI below 25 isn't considered vital nowadays (especially at my age, lol), but now I've come this far I may as well go for it plus, as you say, have a bit of wriggle room for those naughry times we all have! :) xx

Hello Saruk, thanks for reading to Page 13 haha! I might read it through a bit right now.

It certainly works for me. No limits just fit in into 1800 calories! I appreciate your kind works, I raise my metaphorical glass back at ya!

I don't know what your goals are or how much you need to lose but good luck to you! :)

WOW! you have done amazingly well. i just hope to be half as successful. Well done and i really enjoyed reading your posts

Thank you :)

Just moderating my calorie intake and exercising more has been the best thing I've ever done. I can't believe I've come so far just down to the fact that I was probably the laziest person on the planet! Packed on nearly 7 stone in the space of 3 years... damn.

Good luck with your weight loss! You can do it!

You will do it, I have complete faith that you will!

Morning Alex, Tracy. Have a good day! Tracy do you have a diary? I think I may have asked that before? My memory is getting worse! I had a great day yesterday and I need to keep focused and you and A.ex and been pretty much amazing eating real food and losing so much weight! I need to keep focused by seeking inspirational and realistic approaches to this battle of losing this last bit!

Hey Kira. I do have a diary but must confess I hardly ever update it - it's in the Orlistat section, as I used to take that, but as I say, I'm a terrible diary keeper, lol, I just tend to write in other people's!! Have you got one? :) xx

Morning Tracy. Yes I do it in silver members thought I don't know how do do a link?! I change the title now and again that's the one techs thing ive learnt! It's called 10lbs in 10 weeks though I'm about to change it this week once I get back in the 8's. just hovering at 9st 1lb 6oz!!

Im sad I'm a daily weigher... Food and weighing daily are my most serious addictions! Are calorie counting like Alex now?

My dairy is called 10 weeks 10lbs I will do it! Ha! Ha! I'm so ditzy at times!

do you realise Trach that you have actually lost a "me" practically? You were carrying a whole 5ft 2 woman! I know you are tall but wow! It's amazing how much you lost when looking at the pounds in that context.

Lol, thanks Kira - it's really scary to think hiw much extra I was carrying; I bet if I tried yo carry you I wouldn't be able to, so it's no wonder my knees are knackered from carrying it all the time! I am just calorie counting now - I did take Orlistat for quite a well, although it's of limited usefulness - most people who've taken it will tell you it's more a deterrent against eating too much fat than anything else! :) xx

Only lost 0.2lb this week. I had a salty day yesterday, drank lots of water but it probably wasn't enough.

Loss is a loss though so who cares, I am in the mood to work extra hard next week!
