My 128 lb Drop Diary [WEEK 67]

Well done and no gain!

Still going down, never mind by how little, it's the right direction! :) xx

Indeed but I plan on making huge losses over the next 3 months.

Did my first workout in a while today! Haven't needed too this summer, as I've been out playing football every day.

Now the weather is starting to go, I'm getting back into my workout regime.

30 Minutes of interval rowing, and 20 minutes of interval cycling. Would have burnt me at least 700 calories, probably 800.

Cooked myself a nice rump steak /w onions for breakfast. I've just had a WHOLE 150g of crisps, which was 750 calories. But I can fit it in, I bloody enjoyed it haha

Still 700 calories left for the day. I really want a big loss this week.

I'm so close to my Year Goal of 238lbs... just 8.2lbs away. That should be done within the next 4 weeks, so I'll be three and a bit months ahead of schedule!

17 weeks left this year... what if I manage to lose 2lbs a week until then? I would be 212 pounds, that would be incredible. Possible? Yes.

I'm aiming for around 220 though, I'd be so happy with that.

All I know is that I will try super hard this week and try and get a massive loss. I'm going to push myself.

I kind of cheated! I weighed myself today at 244lbs, 2.2lb loss so far :p

It's one of my best friend's birthdays tonight, there is like 20 of us going to The Harvester (you guys have probably heard of it right?). Just for a meal. Got to keep strong and not over do it. Unfortunately with pubs and grills, you can't measure the calories so it's really difficult to gauge. I'm sure everyone has experienced this!

The meal will probably be around 1000 calories whatever I choose. I'm on holiday from work atm, so I just woke up. Massive lay-in haha

Gunna cook up a nice rump steak /w onions, mushrooms and a little ranch dressing for breakfast. Not sure if I will workout today but hey, 2.2lb loss so far I am so happy!

Edit: Scratch that! Turns out The Harvester has calories next to each meal on the menu. AWESOME! Very happy I can count it.

You won't be happy when you see the amount of calories - they're terrifying! Went at the weekend. Have fun!

My meal was 1000 calories which fit in perfectly!

Just been out playing football with my friends this afternoon. I'm absolutely shattered.

This will be a mammoth loss this week, it has to be. My diet has been brilliant and my exercise has been very good too.

Can't wait til Sunday!

Okay so weigh-in result tomorrow, probably be posted by the afternoon.

I've lost 5.4lbs! Now weighing at 240.8 lbs :) Went on the rowing machine for a whole hour yesterday, it seriously killed me.

Cheat day time, XL Double Bacon Cheeseburger from Burger King sounds perfect.

Woot! Congrats!!!

I started the rowing machine too. Only can go for 20 minutes and 5 seconds haha

Thanks!

I started at 20 minutes. Then I did 2x 20 minutes with a 15 minute break in between, which was really good. But it was too time consuming.

So usually I just do 30 minutes now, and the occasional hour if I am pumped!

I usually do interval speed workouts on there. First five minutes are a warm-up. At the fifth minute start a decent pace.

At the 8th minute, sprint for 30 seconds, then take a 3 minute break. Repeat this sprint phase.

It is very effective for fat loss! And toning up.

Wow, 5lbs is fab, well done! :) Enjoy your treat day!

Haha, enjoy! Here I am eating a Special K biscuit bar! Ah well, I'm off out for a meal for my weekly treat later!

Every Sunday is no limit day for me really. I think I had 5000 calories last Sunday and lost 5.4lbs this week haha

At the end of the day, average people still eat fast food. All my in-shape friends eat junk food all the time! They just have a balanced lifestyle and that's what my weight loss has been all about.

You need to indulge yourself, I think that's actually been my key to my weight loss! Quite ironic in a way.

Enjoy your treat later! Not sure what I'll eat later, probably just ice cream haha

Amazing weightloss! It's so encouraging to see you can still get losses like that even months down the line. Well done!
