We all have weeks like that! You need to find your motivation again. Get all the badness out of your system, make a plan and go for it. Hoping today goes better for you xx
Hi Dolly, well the last two weeks have been horrendous food wise for me too as I have been off plan but I'm straight back to it today and feeling determined.
As MrsLmc says, see if you can form a plan that you might be able to stick to and which might help get your motivation back.
I have read that a lot of people don't go back to meetings when they have put weight on but apparently, that is exactly when you should be going
Keeping my fingers crossed for you and hoping you can get that motivation right back! xx

Right this is the final restart, I have just been kidding myself on this last while.
I can lose this weight & I will do it.
Positivity is the way forward.
No longer focusing on the negatives all the time.

Breakfast was a slimfast latte shake which was just delicious
Snacks for the day will be nuts & raisins
Drinks for the day black coffee & water
