Day 1 done! Managed to stick to plan 100% apart from the 3 ferrero rocher that I scoffed while watching Sons of Anarchy but still came in at around 1200 calories. Dxxx
Lunch - Savoury rice, mushrooms, broccoli. I am full up. They are passing around cakes, sweets & juice in work & I am like no thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu Feels good. Dxxx

The challenge will be the weekend I seem to think thats an excuse to just eat everything in sight.
My weekend is a Friday & Saturday so hope the willpower sticks with me.

Its a positive start.
Went visiting family after work tonight & ended up starving.
Was sooooooo tempted to go for a KFC on my way home but instead came home & had a baked potato with beans.
