Shredded wheat was rank, chickpea pasta was orrible! Had a harvest bar and a piece of toast earlier, enjoyed them but got a headache after. Been reading Gillian Riley's Eat Less again, last time I read it I wasn't in the right place and fixated on weight loss but now addictive eating is my main problem it's like the perfect solution. Feel so much more positive and hopeful for the future! Did my training, Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis half an hour cardio half an hour muscular training. Ouch. Will be sore tomorrow! Very surprised I managed it all having had such a long break. Cardio is really high impact too. It's a six day a week programme for 90 days, felt great with the endorphins after :)
 
Weetabix for brekkie, not as good as I remembered :( seems like it's only the bad stuff thats still tasty!! Doing my Tracy Anderson later, can't wait! What a wierdo I am, all achy from yesterday, lol. Have a great day!

Sounds painful... is she less annoying than Jill from the 30 Day Shred?

Lol! I like Jillian :p they couldn't be more different, Tracy doesn't speak at all so you have to watch her like a hawk. I feel so much better for exercise. Really missed it! Have a good day Mel :)
 
Just had the best 1000 tea! Broccoli cauli and new pots boiled with a chicken stock cube in water, then chicken with philly light and a tiny bit of the veg water mixed to make a sauce!! My tastebuds are singing :D did day 2 meta too, ouchie!!

Ooh! I did leave stuff on my plate! At dinner time too :D I'm doing Gillian Riley and think Linda Spangle will work well with it :) Have to say thanks to you! I noticed you mention Gillian Riley on another thread and it reminded me I have her books, I re-read eating less and it's perfect for me now! :)
I think Tracy's being bagged, my back, neck and shoulders are killing me, not to mention the arches of my feet. I like a bit of muscular pain the day after, you know it's working! But this is in all the wrong places and doesn't feel right.
Gonna do an hours yoga today to try and ease it then get some pilates dvds from amazon, something a bit hardcore though not these middle aged gentle efforts, lol. Jillian has conditioned me to crave pain ;)

Lol! I wasn't happy when I weighed them out!! It did fill me though to be fair.
I put them on my diet plate (the maintenance one) and it was pretty much the same amount as that tells you to eat. At least I know I can use that and know my portion sizes without measuring in the future.

Shanny, you should read it! It is perfect for how I've been acting around food lately, Linda Spangle is great with emotional eating but never mentioned addictive eating with no reasoning behind it. Eating Less is all about that! Put it into practice yesterday and was great xx
