Hi Tamzy,

I am holding on to your ten pounds, being inspired. Treadmill total=70km. I'll weigh myself after 100km, let you know, and then start the next 100. Have a good one!

getting on great Hun , feeling positive about this, getting slightly eager though as summer is approaching and i want to wear a mini skirt lol.

lovely day today,i even woke up early. today i'm planning on eating very light things like soup throughout the day, then a normal dinner to make me feel in control of myself, between that I'll be filling up on water and diet coke.

B - 08:30am - chicken and veg flavor soup sachet - 85cals.

S - 10 cal soup, and French bread with a bit of philly - 130

L - soup *85* 90g malted Wheaties and whole milk ( nothing else in the house) - 400 at most.

S - cup - a - soup - 85

D - 300g jersey royal potatoes, 5 fish fingers and veg and 10 cal soup made up in the form of sauce. - 500

so I'm just within the 1200 region if i stick to this.
 
When does your summer start? We are a month in to winter-starts June 1st- and the weather has been foul!
Only 3km on the treadmill tonight. OH is watching football, (Aussie rules), in the room with treadmill in it, and the sound of it drives me nuts, so I'm taking a rest day.
There are two of us at work watching what we eat at the moment, and one of the other women is intent on tempting us to each crappy foods. (Why?- she is just like that!) Have been resisting all week, which has given me great satisfaction!

my summer starts in august lol. seems like your doing really well hun. you'll always get people around you with crappy foods and its so hard to not give in. well done for resisting. xx
 
Thanks! Today hasn't been too bad-good diet wise, but only five km on the treadmill, footy again, I might try to get another couple in before bed. Maximum of 8 degrees today, just lovely!

Wow! Thats alot of soup!

I kinda wish I liked soup as it can be a great low cal option, keep up the good work :)

food today

B - 2 weetabix and soya milk and a small amount of apple juice- 250

L - 2x eggs, beans and mushroom - 350

S - muller light - 86

d - stir fry prawns, mugshot - 400

S - 100g toffee pop corn - 415

drinks will be free such as diet coke and no added sugar squash.

total 1,501... going for an hrs long walk now, be back soon xx

what are mugshots? Are muller lights youghurt?

Quorn has finally made it to the supermarkets in my neck of the woods, and we have had quorn products four nights in the last week. It is a bit too much like meat-in consistancy and colour- for my tastes, having been veg for so long, but I do like the pasties. (Quite high cal though)

I'm up to 89 km now. I should be higher, but my husband is just glued to the horrid Aussie Rules, and the treadmill is in the same room

hey hun, mugshots are like flavoured pasta you make in a mug. you can get them in the local supermarkets like morrisons or asda, you can also find mullerlights anywhere. i love quorn but i cant really eat it all the time as i get bored easily but their so good for protein.

my walk was lovely, i enjoyed it, i even treated myself to loads of diet coke ont he way lol.
