I'm back on it again and I swear this has to be the final time. I am on step 3 810 due to health reasons. Starting at 15 stone which is the heaviest I have been in my life and I don't feel good about it all. It's day 2 and I guess I'm trying to stay busy with kids being at home on half term. Ideally I would like to loose 5 stone but right now I'm focusing on just losing the first one. The older I get the harder it is becoming to loose weight, tried the old fashion way of exercise and calorie but didn't shift much. So my tastebuds still have a love for the choc shake and that's all I'm having as well as a meal.
Right now I'm frozen in bed and have thermals and the thickest of socks on. Weigh in as next week sometime so fingers cross that I manage to get to it without cheating.
