Hi all!!

Back on plan today. Having a red day. Sausage butty for brunch (4 B). Might have a snack late lunch. For tea I'm planning lamb steak with veggies ! Updates later!! X

didnt fancy lamb for tea, so made some yummy burgers (A,B,7)

soo total syns for today: 10.5 x
 
Kinda ok, kinda not.
After being ill last week the scales showed a small gain (about 1 pound) which I have now lost...but cos of the weather etc I'm just not as interested in fruit etc so don't feel like I'm doing as well as I could be! :-/
WI on thurs will b the judge of that!! X

Having an extra easy day today! Had cereal for breakfast (B) a jacket potato with cheese and cranberry sauce (A,2)

Nibbled on oranges, and drank a few mugs of tea :-D

dinner was bolognaise with WW sauce (6.5) total syns today: 8.5 x

evening!!

extra easy day today!

breakfast: spaghetti and toast (B,2)

lunch: sausage sandwich (12)

dinner: potato, mince beef, peppers and onions stirfried (quite yummy actually!!)

total syns today: 14!

weigh-in day tomorrow, not looking forward to it, i know i'll put on! :( x

put on 1lb this week, expected it so not too worried!!

had a roast for dinner: chicken, lots of veggies a little bit of gravy and a yorkshire pud :D then went to nando's with work mates, i do like nando's!! lol

will try my best to be as good as possible before christmas!!

Going home for Christmas today (so happy!!) will try and post as and when, but I'm probably not going to be 100% on plan until the new year!!

Morning all!!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year! I certainly did!!

Weighed myself thismorning, only seems to be about 4/5lbs damage which isn't too bad!

Not back at class yet, got this week as holiday so I'm starting back on the 12th. Still at home so I'm not in charge of the food :-/ buuut my mums doing WW so I'm eating her meals, which don't seem too bad. I've got my shopping list and meal plan ready for when I'm back in London (might go back Wednesday)!!

Are u bk on the SW diet or still being fed?
I bet WW food is not too bad for u if yr mums still cooking for u! They must b similar buy u count different things etc. Ppl loose weight on both so fingers crossed!!

Yeah still being fed lol but yeah me mum played with the slow cooker before Xmas do there's loadsa stuff ready in the freezer! Smaller portion sizes and what's in them isn't too bad either, not having my healthy extras though because apart from toast every now and then there aren't any!! So not 100% back on plan, but making an effort!!!

How did you get on??? X

I weighed in on the Tuesday after Christmas and gained half a pound! I was pleased with that. Then went back to my regular WI group on Thursday (so 9 day difference) and lost 2 lbs!! Was amazed with that!! :-D I did try to stick to plan and am proud to say that I obviously did! I had some treats but tried syning them all and think only had 2 'flexi' days. Some days i think I went over by the odd syn, but I always got back on it!

That's how I know for sure that when u get back on it u will def loose that little gain! And u will feel motivated for the year!! X
 
Thank you, I have no idea where my will power came from! Maybe just because I'm actually close to my target - although reset it recently :)

I'm also concious that it's mine and hubby's bdays v soon and I prefer treating myself at more personal times x
 
So, the damage done by christmas...

.....+8lbs!!

At first i was like :eek: but now im motivated and ready to have a mahoosive loss next week!! :party0049:

I've planned my meals for the week, i'm also gonna have a go at working towards my bronze body magic award, and have planned some exercise (mainly walking/exercise dvd) for the week!

Went to class and got the new 2012 members pack, and also got the free branded food 2012 guide! had a good flick through, which has motivated me a bit more, giving me some more ideas of the huuuge range of free foods i can munch on :D

so watch this space....big loss coming soon!!! :p xx
