Hello!!

Back on plan, feeling good, doing good!!

Did 20mins exercise DVD thismorning!

Breakfast was cereal and milk (A,B)

Having my lunch now: fruity pork casserole with cheesy mash (A,B,3) i got it from a slow cooker recipe book and adapted it to be a bit more SW friendly, didn't have to do much to it though!! Its very nice!!

My plan for tea is just lamb and veg.

Going to the pub later so savings syns for a pint!!

ofcourse!!

ingredients:

fry light
2 onions, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 chillies (i didnt put any in though)
2 tsp corriander
1/2 tsp oregano
zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp plain flour
salt and pepper
700g pork, cubed
300ml veg stock
50g snack apricots

1. fry the onions until soft, then add the garlic, chillies, and herbs and cook for 2 more minutes then stir in the orange zest and juice. Add to the slow cooker.

2. season the flour with salt and pepper and coat the pork in the flour. fry the pork until browned and then add to the slow cooker.

3. pour the stock into the pan, cook for a minute or two, then add to the slow cooker.

4. Add the apricots and mix well. cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

it serves 4, which works out at 3 syns per portion!!
 
Morning all!!

Had a good night last night! was good to see friends i haven't seen for a while!!

Stuck to my plan, had 1 pint (10 syns) then stuck to diet coke for the rest of the night! very pleased with myself!! :D

so yesterday's total syns were 14!

My exercise plan for today is to go for a nice walk somewhere!!

Had cereal and milk for breakfast (A,B)

Here's my lunch (another slow cooker creation!) fruity chicken casserole (7.5-slightly high I know, but it's worth it!) I'm not planning any other syns today anyway!

Off for a walk to tescos in a bit - my exercise for the day!!!

hahah ofcourse!!

Ingredients:

fylight
4 chicken breasts (about 100g each)
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp plain flour
375ml chicken stock
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 eating apples, peeled, cored and diced
zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp mixed herbs
salt & pepper
75g chopped walnuts

1. cook the chicken in a pan until lightly browned, then put in the slow cooker

2. ad the onion to the pan and fry for 5 mins until soft. sprinkle over the flour and stir in, gradually adding the stock

3. add the celery, apples, orange zest and juice and herbs to the slow cooker, pour over the onions and stock, add the herbs and salt & pepper

4. cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours. serve with walnuts sprinkled on top

again serves 4, which works out at 7.5 syns per portion

i guess to cut the syns down the walnuts can be left out, but i like the crunchyness :D

exercise update!! put on my toning trainers and went for a 40 minute brisk walk to tescos to stock up on bits i couldnt get before.

got the shape delight yogurts, the apple crumble one is lovely!! and only 1/2 a syn!!

so total syns so far :8

Today's breakfast is fried egg on toast with cheese (partA,B), onion and spread (2)

Plan for lunch is a jacket potato, and got some veggie curry in the cookpot for tea later!!

Heres my lunch: veggie curry with rice (B) very yummy!!

followed by lots of fruit and a shape yogurt (0.5)

had a pack of snack a jacks earlier aswell, so total syns so far today: 7! x

Morning all!!

woke up this morning feeling awful!! got no headache tablets either :( its my first day back at uni after xmas aswell, so not really the best start (but im only in for 2 hours so not tooo bad!)

having a red day today!

breakfast is cereal and milk (A,B) and a orange

gonna have a bit of a roast for lunch (will update the syns)

not sure about dinner though!

update!

forgot to get the meat out the freezer :sign0007:

so now i'm having cooked tea :D

had a boots meal deal for lunch: big fruit salad and a pack of snack a jacks (5.5) with a starbucks (A,3)

my plan for cooked tea is to have it with broccoli and carrot, cranberry sauce (1) and some stuffing (1.5)

so total planned syns today: 11!!

how's everyone today??

Morning all!!

not well today (think i might have tonsillitis again :( )so feeling a bit rubbishy!

doing and Extra Easy day today!

for breakfast i had WW spaghetti and toast with spread (B,2)

for lunch i'm having a naked burrito: lettuce, rice, pork, cheese (A), peppers and onions!

i've got a few unmarked tubs of food in the freezer....soooo im gonna get one out for tea, and see what it is (i'll update you all later when i find out!!)

how's everyone today?? x

had a WW Salmon mornay for tea, it was alright (3.5) don't think i'll have it agin though :/ it was followed by a lovely WW toffee swirl (4) so total syns today: 10!

having my veggie curry and rice for tea now (FREE + B!) yum yum yum very hungry now!!

Hopefully it will b like a 'week 1' WI for u after Christmas!! :) that's what I've heard others say anyway hehe x
 
3.5 off this week!! I have to admit I was hoping for it to have been better, but I'm still happy because it's going in the right direction!!

Had a chicken stuffing sandwich for lunch (2,B), sat with a mug of green tea (had a voucher for a free scone I was gonna use with it, but went to the wrong cafe, a sign I think to stay on plan!!)

Meeting a friend later and going to the pub, do just gonna be as good as I can today!!

How'd everyone else do this week?? X
