Hey all!!
been a while since my last post (blame the boyfriend!)
put on a pound last week, which i completely blame on the gym! heheh since then, been as good as i can, but due to certain circumstances (boyfriends birthday) there was a bit (lot-it was cheaper than the smaller one!) of cake eaten.
friday was good, saturday was alright, went to pizza express for dinner, (then shivered and struggled to walk to/from the bustop in the snow = body magic??
) sunday wasn't too bad (OH's Bday), went to the MCN motorcycle show at excel centre, had an amazing day! spent a good 5-6 hours walking around numerous stalls, had a go on a 125cc bike (loved it!!) and met one of the TT ledgends John McGuinness, as well as a few adventure ledgends, which made the OH's day!! unfortunately the day ended with me being very tired, not wanting to cook, and pizza......oops!
today the OH has gone! so i'm back on plan properly, having a red day. cereal and milk for brekkie (A,B) followed by 2 turkey salad rolls for lunch (B,6) sat in the british library, being a good student with a coffee and a banana (A) aaand for tea im thinking turkey roast with veggies, cranberry sauce and stuffing (3)
