Afternoon all!!

Having an extra easy day today!

Had toast for breakfast with a nice cup of tea (2,B) followed by a yogurt (0.5)

Got a jacket potato in the oven, having it with cheese(A) and cranberry sauce (2).

Been snacking on some BBQ chicken (1)

Aaaaand I've got chicken curry and rice for tea (1)

Soooo total syns planned today: 6.5!

Not doing much today, just cleaning, meeting friends later (no food involved!! Lol)

had a good day today! been doing red!

breakfast: cereal and milk (A,B) with a cup of tea

Lunch: chicken curry (B,1)

Tea: Pork, pepper, mushrooms, cheese (A) with broccoli, cauliflower and carrot

Snacks: yoghurt (1), grapes, plum

so so far ive just had 2 syns, if im still peckish, might have some toast which would be 7 syns....we'll see!!

Morning all!!

Green day today!

Had cereal and milk for breakfast with a coffee (A,B)

for lunch i'm gonna have a jacket potato with cheese and cranberry sauce (A,2) will try to have some roasted veg with it aswell (if i remember!!)

not sure about tea tonight though.....i've got a WW curry (4.5) in the freezer, so will probably have that!!

and ofcourse lots of fruit for snacks (grapes, plums, clementines!)

been looking through the thread with the recipe pictures, reeeeeally want to make burgers tomorrow!! but the main issue i have is if i should make beef, turkey or pork burgers.....oh decisions decisions!!

got a loooong day today, in uni from 10-8 :( so i got a chicken and stuffing sandwich to have for lunch (B,1.5) not sure what's for tea, i'll get something out the freezer and see what it is!!

doing red today!

had a very good day!!

just had a plum for breakfast, then was a very good student and went to the library for about 4.5 hours! i had 2 homemade chicken & stuffing sandwiches (2B, 2), another plum and 2 bananas, aswell as a couple of coffees (A)

got some meat out of the freezer thismorning for tea (might be beef, might be lamb, will find out soon!) gonna have it for tea with some mixed veggies!

weigh-in day tomorrow!! wish me luck!! x

update: for a while i thought it was lamb...it was actually beef!

Morning all!

It's weigh-in day today :cross::cross: I also need to get another countdown aswell....

so i was thinking last night, i need something more to aim for than "just a good loss" and well seeing as i'll have a 12 week countdown (with 2 weeks holiday in the middle) would give me 14 weeks until the end of my countdown

my goal for the end of these 14 weeks is to lose 2 stone (average 2lbs a week)(got half a pound to lose so I can start counting these 2 stones!), and to reward myself at the end.....i'll treat myself to a nice pair of jeans!!

morning all!!

the OH was up for the weekend, so didn't get round to posting!

food-wise the weekend could have been better, buuuut did go for some long walks which was nice!

today's a red day, cereal and milk followed by a yoghurt for breakfast (A,B,1/2) got a chicken sandwich and 2 of those bear fruit yoyo's (quite yummy!) for lunch (B,4) and for tea i'm gonna have a chicken dinner with mixed veg, and stuffing (3)

also, courtesy for o2 priority moments, i'm starting a 10 day gym membership today!

Went to the gym, did 45 mins! then went to the library for a loooong session (hopefully will be able to finish chapter 1 of me dissertation this week!! :cross: ) had a pork, tomato and lettuce sandwich whilst i was out (5.5 for the ciabatta, unfortunately there was mayo in it (didn't say it had mayo in it = boo!!) so thats another 4 syns! oh well, i was damn hungry!!

adjusted my tea to just 1 syn to make todays total syns 15! :D x

Evening all!!

Red day again today!

after a much needed lie-in thismorning i had a cooked brekkie thismorning: 2xsausages (2), turkey bacon (not too bad!) and eggs, no sauce (didnt have any!)

then went to the gym for an hour (v. tiring!)

then i was a good student and went to the library for quite a while! i've now completed 10% of my dissertation! (still a long way to go though!) whilst out i had 2 chicken and bacon sandwiches (2B) and a banana!

on the way home i realised that i didnt have anything sorted for tea! so i went to m&s and got a little block of cheese (A) and a count on us chicken tikka, looked on the iphone app for syns....not a very good app because when looking up the syns, it doesnt show the full name of the product, so i thought it was 4 syns, it wasnt it was 10.5 (the 4 syn one is the one without the rice, mine had rice) but im not too worried, i got enough free syns!

weigh-in day tomorrow, praying for a loss :innocent0001: although, i'm not sure if my going to the gym this week is going to affect my weightloss?? hope not! oh well wish me luck! :cross:

the OH is up tomorrow for the weekend. Planned the meals so hopefully all will be ok, however its his birthday....so friday night we're going to pizza express and sunday we're going to the excel centre for the MCN bike show, which means lunch that day will be whatever is available (best choice possible will be made though!) so hopefully all will go well this week!!

Hey all!!

been a while since my last post (blame the boyfriend!)

put on a pound last week, which i completely blame on the gym! heheh since then, been as good as i can, but due to certain circumstances (boyfriends birthday) there was a bit (lot-it was cheaper than the smaller one!) of cake eaten.

friday was good, saturday was alright, went to pizza express for dinner, (then shivered and struggled to walk to/from the bustop in the snow = body magic?? :p) sunday wasn't too bad (OH's Bday), went to the MCN motorcycle show at excel centre, had an amazing day! spent a good 5-6 hours walking around numerous stalls, had a go on a 125cc bike (loved it!!) and met one of the TT ledgends John McGuinness, as well as a few adventure ledgends, which made the OH's day!! unfortunately the day ended with me being very tired, not wanting to cook, and pizza......oops!

today the OH has gone! so i'm back on plan properly, having a red day. cereal and milk for brekkie (A,B) followed by 2 turkey salad rolls for lunch (B,6) sat in the british library, being a good student with a coffee and a banana (A) aaand for tea im thinking turkey roast with veggies, cranberry sauce and stuffing (3)

aaand for tea i didnt want to cook, so went to my local mini tescos and had a look at the options (checking syns on my phone!) and went for heinz cheese and tomato tortellini (3) making my syns total for today 12!!

went to the gym (10day membership ends tomorrow :( ) burned off another 500 kcal, my god did i sweat a lot more than usual today! lol

soo tired, off to bed soon! x
 
Evening all!!

had a green day today! spaghetti and toast for brekkie (B,2)

then went to the gym for about an hour, burnt off 600kcal and had a 15 min trainer session, got some good tummy exercises i can do at home!! :D very happy with myself, today was my last day on the gym pass :( but found out i can get another one at another branch (theres another one down the road from that one!) so might do it again next month!

came home and was incredibly hungry! so just had a massive bowl of pasta with cheese and passata (A)

still full up :D

weigh-in day tomorrow...not expecting big things because of the weekend, and i heard that exercise can sometimes slow weightloss because fat turns to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, but not really sure if i've done enough to make a difference (gone from not a lot, just walking really, to 3 hours a week of intense gymming) but if its not a great result tomorrow, i wont be too disappointed. i've planned the next weeks meals, and im motivated to stick to it!
