My diary from day 3

Am in complete shock!! After being very ill yesterday with sickness etc I have gone from 13st11 yesterday morning to this morning 13.4!!!! Yay that awful day yesterday was kinda worth it haha

That's amazing!!! I wondered if your illness would mask horrible Day 1 of ketosis but to lose weight too, cool! (not that I wanted you to be sick)

It def gave me a boost- I had a skinny latte today cos a friend ordered it without realising- but didn't have a 2nd shake to hopefully make up for it lol brought some size 14 clothes today! Woohoo!!!! Got a beautiful size 14 dress from oasis today- its silk, so has no give in material- it did up but looks tight... So that dress is my new target- wanted to wear it to party this weekend tho :-(

My order of Next stuff arrived too! Size 12 dress fitted!! Ok, ok... it's super stretchy so it doesn't actually count, but it made me feel great. I put some summer clothes on this afternoon and they fit too! Last year they stayed in my drawer as I looked hideous. Starting to reap the benefits now.

I love it, it's bit short so think I'll wear shorts under it lol.... Wow size 12 is fab!!! Well done chick!!!! I tried on a size 16 pair of neon pink skinny jeans in primark- cos primark always come up tiny and they were huge on me!!! Was well pleased!

It's so rewarding isn't it... I'm going shopping in big shopping centre in Southampton in 10 days n I'm actually excited- normally I dread shopping but this time I can't wait- Its weird cos I've even ordered some wedges too, cos nice fitted clothes don't match the trainers I usually slob about in- so its even changing my shoes choices- I badly broke my ankle and leg in 2010 so heels have been off agenda since then- so just starting to contemplate wearing them.... Then off course u have to buy nice bags/ accessories to match lovely new clothes haha love it... If our new shopping doesn't inspire us nothing will!!! well done chick! Am soooo pleased for u!!!

That's really pretty.. I love butterfly design stuff. It's so girly. Size 16 Primark prob works out as a 12 from there.. I've tended to buy 2 sizes up, it's hit and miss. Shoes are always a size smaller too.
I won a bid on some J Crew white (I must be mad) skinny jeans today. I'm an avid YouTube junkie and like to see what items the spoilt little rich girls get on their 'haul' usually it's what I'd have for a birthday or Christmas.. If I'm lucky!! So, I've won some jeans in a UK 12, for when my hubby and I go out. It's a massive goal but I couldn't help but get them as they're usually £100 a pair! I'm keeping them in sight to spur me along.

Oooh lovely- but I think when ur happy with ur body, u want to wear amazing stuff- I'm desperate to pull off superdry & hollister lol my 12 yr old daughter n her friends wear that make... N I get told I look to young to b her mum so may as well get the decent stuff whilst I'm young enough to pull it off (I'm 29) lol it's such a buzz isn't it... U gotta post a snap with u in those jeans when u wear them out... N stick it on ur fridge when cambridge finished to keep u in check lol

I'm from the Midlands, near Kidderminster. I'm 39 and never get told I'm too young to be my kids mum.. Damn it! Hahaha

Awww lol I bet u do when ur at target, being slim makes people look younger.... Look at this before and after pic.... In 1st half is my 21st birthday... 2nd half I'm almost 30.... I think I look younger now than then






I always find when I'm bigger I wear older style clothes cos they're flattering, where now I'm starting to wear named brands n skinny jeans etc.... Ur only as young as u feel :-D

I'm 13st 3 this morning..... Did modern jive dancing last night, which is great exercise and really social, but involves spins, and when u haven't eaten it makes me bit dizzy lol am gonna start 30day shred again today too, as it's only 20mins n really gets ur heart rate going!

Welcome back and good luck you started back one pound more than me and we have the same goal weight!

This is my second time back I put on 23lb which I want to get off and have set the new goal weight of 11 stone.

I have found having a diary good as it keeps you focused!
