yea really good thanks hun, ooh I love Geordie shore and towie, although the live episode late-night was pretty poor tbh. Glad u have ahad a good day keep it it u are doing well :) xox

you are doing fab 2 Hun, i really want half a stone b 4 Xmas gunna work my bum bum off (literally) hehe!! Have you got THE shoes yet think mine came today but i missed them :-( xx
 
Oh it was really poor I thought joey was actually going to finish with Sam live on tv he was acting well sketchy lol.

And I know u can lose that before x mas :) u will have a good loss this week as u are doing really well :D i will cheer u on!!! :) I would love to lose another 7lb that would be fab but have my b day next week so it's very doubtful.

I didn't get the shoes in the end :( I went to get the dress for my b day and they didn't have it in stock in my size :( if only I was a size 8 (will be one day) I would have bought it!! :( am going into town tomorrow to buy a dress and shoes I may even buy the shoes from town. :D cause I suppose they would pretty much go with most dresses (and I really really want them!!!) Plus my bday party is towie themed so they would go perfectly :).

ive begged other half to go to depot to pick them up tonight so i will have my beauties tonight!! :)

i know i thought joey was gunna finish her 2, wierd!! They should just sick to normal series now coz was very disappointed with it!!

i havnt had bfast yet so in off to get some!! Starving today!!

Oooh I bet your well excited about getting your shoes I'm going to have a look tomorrow now for late night shopping :D.

I'm having a hungry day too i don't know why though, I hate it cause I literally just want to pick up and eat everything in sight :/.

My food diarys are very similar from day to day, I'm going to try mad put a bit more variety into it next week am off food shopping Fri so if anyone has any ideas at all of low pp foods would be much appreciated, hope everyone is having a fab day :D xox

Well done your doing absolutely fabulous :D. I always find that if I skip breakfast it tends to have a bad effect on the rest of my day. :/ if u really are hungry grab some fruit or dip in to your weeklies :D I'm using mine on Friday to have a takeaway I think xox
 
Yeah really want to save weeklies for the weekend its the hardest time!!! I do normally have bfast but my lol boy is poorly and has clung to me like mad today so i didn't bother!! :-\
oooh im scared to get a takeaway coz i wouldn't know where to start with pointing it??
i tend to stick to pub grub McDonalds there only place i know points for ha!!

Aww I hope your little boy gets better soon there seems to be a lot of bugs going around atm :(.

Don't be scared to use them on a take away hun, I usually get pizza hut which is usually 5/6pp per slice of pizza depending on what pizza u order. It's relatively easy to find out the pp of most takeaways as there websites have the nutritional values on. The most shocking pp value I have found is 29pp for the pizza hut warm cookie dough with ice cream and I absolutely love love love it :(.

Oh bum ended up using weeklies tonight I don't know how many I used though I had small cheesy chips with garlic mayo :/ prob all of them xox
