Hope you are all doing better than I'm doing :/ will update you all on my gain tomorrow, I'm going to be a very good girl this week though until Saturday which is my b day party so obviously gotta be a bit naughty ;) xox
 
Well I have gained a disgraceful 4lb this week :( I know I def deserve a gain but that much is shocking!!!! :(. Someone please give me a kick up the bum lol xox
 
Today's diary:

Breakfast: cereal bar 2pp
Sugar free jelu 0pp
Lunch: Ww tuna mayo wrap 7pp
Wotsits 3pp
Muller light 2pp
Dinner: sausage egg n toast 15pp
Snacks: low fat ice cream 2pp
Milk 1pp

dailies: 32/32 weeklies: 0/49
First dat back on track and doing well :)

Pants! I've switched back to ww today! At least I'm trying!!!!

I have 24lbs to lose In 15 weeks so I can't give up x

Aww hun well it's a very hard way to lose weight using food replacement, did u watch that program on bbc3 they did that experiment and 99% of those diets are just non maintainable. I know is appealing that you would lose weight quicker, but with Ww u can lose that weight steadily and keep it off, just up your exercise aswell and at least u can still eat yummy food :), I mean 2lb a week is very doable, you can do it hun :D xox

I've recoded it but when we had one of skips delivered they managed to knock our sky dish so we haven't had a signal since Thursday. Sky are coming to sort it out tomorrow so If work is quiet I might try and watch it later in the afternoon

I love food and I love eating so I guess ww has to be the way forward! x
 
Aww god that's a nightmare it's definitely worth a watch though.

And me to love food I've tried all the fad diets and every slimming pill going and never ended up getting a result in the long run at least I know this is doable :). Xox
 
Yay I've actually gone a whole day sticking to my pp ha ha! Am feeling a bit hungry though it's totm for me atm so I think that's why I kind of splurged the last couple days, but am glad my brain has won tonight not my tum :D. Officially back in the swing of things hope you are all doing well? Xoxox
 
Yay to you for day 1! I think the first day is the hardest... One thing I do like is when I get up either in the middle of the night or first thing on a morning and I realise that I has a 100% day the day before, it makes me feel really good! Maybe I'm just weird and let food/diet/worrying what I look l like rule my life far too much! x

Thanks hun :D and I know what u mean I'm like that it's a massive achievement for me if I for to bed with a 100% day I don't know why I do other because if I go off track I feel awful :/ food is like a drug ha ha!

And I know I shouldn't but I weighed myself today again and already 2lbs of the damage has come back off so hopefully I will get a nice loss this week. Xox
 
See ya later 2lb!! I've just switched to doing it from home and I know how tempting it is to jump on the scales! I've managed to resist as I know it messes with head too much lol!!!

I hoping for 4lbs to get me back in the 10's but I think that's asking a lot considering I went off the rails on Saturday afternoon/eve and then drank a load of wine on Sunday too! x

I've never had much success going it alone but this time I have some lovely minimins friends which i never really had on SW as the boards were busier!

I am going on holiday In the 9's and that's that! x

Had a goodd day today food wisee. Am getting a tad excited now about my birthday Saturday I'm just wondering how I'm going to know I'm sticking within my dailies and weeklies I've figured that I will have about 40 weeklies left and 32 daily points so that's 72pp for one day so I'm sure I should be able to stick within that :)

Yea it sounds like loads, but when alcohol is concerned it doesn't go far :/ oh well I'm just going to enjoy my birthday :) xp
