ProPoints my diary to a happier, skinnier, more confident jenn jenn xox

Just cooking up my dinner atm and I'm not feeling good :( I swear I'm coming down with something pretty nasty! I'm aching, shivery and dizzy! :( I hate being poorly :( so I'm feeling sorry for myself!! Looks like I'm going into the new year Ill but at least I won't drink alcohol and over indulge again! Hope u all have a great new year :D xox
 
Well another day down and another day toward being skinny!! I really am back and motivated :). I have got my first weigh in since Christmas tomorrow and I am to say the list a teeny weeny bit anxious to see how much damage I have done I really feel I may have even put over 7lbs on :eek:!! (I was very naughty) so it's prob well deserved if I do! I just hope I haven't gone all the way back to square one as I already gained back 6lbs of the weight I have lost In the last few weeks as I had bIrthday ect :(!! Well hopefully it's not as bad as I think and I will update in the morning xox
 
Hey huni, i 2 am starting again!! Not till Thurs tho got 2 much planned then im going to the ww meetings, i think i need motivation of getting weighed by sum1 :)
im just gunna accept wat it is!!! N start towards my goal!! Ive had an amazing 1st Xmas as a mummy/ family so it was all very worth it!! Back to reality as of Thursday n will check in with u then!! Although i may be very depressed after the 1st weigh in!! Xx

Aww that's a great step in the right direction going to the meetings not everyone can do it without, and the thought of someone else weighing you makes you so much more determined! Don't worry about what the scales say, I think most people have gained something over the holidays me I just weighed myself today and have gained a ridiculous 8lbs in 1 week :( it's crazy but the only way to get rid again is to get back on track! 2013 will be the year we become skinny minnies :). Happy new year to everyone xoxoxoxox ???

Well my first day of the new year done and it's been a good one stuck to it 100% even though I was feeling a little hungover this morning (this normally sends my carb cravings out of control) I have stuck within my pro points I really have changed my will power is stronger than ever so im saying now that this year is the last year im losing and by next christmas (hopefully before though) but im setting xmas as my goal date i will be the weight i feel comfortable and have the size ten body ive only dreamed of having back, nice clothes sexy underwear (i cant wait)!! I'm not going to mope I'm just going to bloody do it!! I hope everyone else is having a really good motivated start to the new year :) xox

Well another very good day down :D been really good and making sure I get a lot of fruit/veg/salad in although I forget to write it down on my diary sometimes as I know it's 0ppts :/!! I've got tomorrow all planned out and then Friday I can go food shopping to stock up on low/pro points foods :).

Thankyou I need to add Ww soup to the list as got a bit peckish, but it's only another 3pp out of my weeklies.
