Well I'm pretty happy with my 5lb loss today ;). So that's 5 of the pesky 8 back off now lets hope I can get the remaining 3lb off in the upcoming week. Xox

Here's my food diary for today:

Breakfast: nume cereal bar 2pp
Cappuccino 2pp
Lunch: chicken tikka wrap 6pp
Dinner: home made carbonara 14pp
Snacks: malteasers 1pp
Muller Greek style 2pp
Weight watchers pudding 4pp
Dairylea dunker 3pp
Mocha 2pp
Dailies used: 32/32 weeklies used: 4/10

Well ended up using every last weekly down to the last one was very nice though :) going to have to stick to dailies now xox

I hope so but I am still having between 1000 - 1200 cals a day so I cant see it being a whopping great loss! I think curiosity is getting the better of me and I might have to get on in the morning!!!! x

Another day down and I'm happy :D I haven't Been so motivated ever in my life never been so determined! I know that this is going to be the year I get my body and my life back :) Xox
 
Well done on your loss jenn, that's fab, i hope i get the same, according to my scales ive lost 5lb but not gunna hold my breath & ill just wait 4 weigh in day! 2 days to go!!

ive not felt hungry today, i started with a nice lunch of jck potato with tuna cheese & salad so i had 18 points for tea & really didn't fancy anything so i had treats!! A glass bottle of coke( taste so much better from a glass bottle) 2pkt of pom bears and a large scotch egg was yummy!!

ive got 2 points left so think in going to have a hot choc & a jaffa cake :) xx

Hey jennjennx good luck on ur journey I am doing the WW proplan but I am a demon for guestimating points (I am going to do proper track 3m and akshully properly count them for a change) question for ya - u had egg on toast ( a fav of mine) and u have it pointed 11 at one pout an 8 at another. Can u clarify?!? I am gobna look it up properly in the morning...

Hi smurfette, thankyou :), also good luck to u, you will do fab.

The reason it's 11 on one and 8 on another is because of different bread/lighter butter on the 8pp and had full fat butter and proper bread for the 11pp sometimes little things can make a big difference. 3Pp difference u can have quite a nice treat :). Sorry if I've confused u lol xox
 
Ach not a bother pet - it just made me think about my mornings as I was often having egg with 2 slices WW bread toasted - so this morning I had my egg in toast but just one slice and u know it was just as nice to an opportunity to save a point for use elsewhere - I am not great at pointing as I said I guess but I am off to get my wee book now and write out exactly what I am doing - how r u getting on?

Yea exactly it's shocking how many pp some things are and slight alterations can stretch your pp further.

You will definitely get used to the pointing it takes a while but once u get it it's like second nature I know most things off the top of my head now. :).

And I am getting on great thanks finding it really easy to follow and can realistically say I could live like this forever, it's no fad it's a lifestyle change.

How long u been doing Ww for? And how u finding it? Xox
