Well I'm pretty happy with my 5lb loss today . So that's 5 of the pesky 8 back off now lets hope I can get the remaining 3lb off in the upcoming week. Xox

ive not felt hungry today, i started with a nice lunch of jck potato with tuna cheese & salad so i had 18 points for tea & really didn't fancy anything so i had treats!! A glass bottle of coke( taste so much better from a glass bottle) 2pkt of pom bears and a large scotch egg was yummy!!
ive got 2 points left so think in going to have a hot choc & a jaffa cake xx
