My diary to be a new girl

Food today
Breakfast - fruit and fibre
dinner - pot noodle
tea - jacket potato and prawns and aero yoghurt

Went gym and burned 500 cals plus 45 minute walk there and back
Then went for an hours walk with my mum round the park

apparently burned 900 cals altogether yay.

gonna be booking my holiday to turkey this week so really really need to lose this weight!

Breakfast - banana
Dinner - 3 fish fingers and some pineapples and a fruit bag
Tea - 3 ryvita crackerbreads, some prawns and colselaw

Shattered tonight! Worked a 6-3 on my feet all day and then went to the gym and then aqua cize! Pretty much burned off what i've eat today in excercize so happy with that.

Dinner - Turkey salad on a muffin
Tea - weight watchers spagetti bolognese

Ok foodwise today but not gonna be doing any excercize. However did book my holiday to turkey today :D 14 weigh i'ns to go.......wondering how much i can lose in that time!? and hoping there will be anoticeable difference!
 
TOTM and i'm feeling really bloated =/ had a fat day today!

Also went to my zumba class which i loved tonight.
Going away to centre parks and really worried cause i dont wanna go off track!
Think i'm gonna have to borrow my mums phone so i can still go on MFP and try and stay focused!
Also got no gym argh so gonna go tomorrow and friday morning before i go, and also weigh in day friday eeek hope to of lost again
 
So its weigh in tomorrow, lets see if its all worth it!
Had quite a good day today, burned around 600 cals at the gym also!

According to MFP its only around 800 cals and i'm under eating but i dont feel like i am!

Off to centre parks for the weekend so hope not being able to post wont stop me from staying on track! I'm actually worried!
 
Weigh in day this morning and i've lost 5 pounds! I'm SO happy :D

Weight now - 11 stone 9
Thats 13lbs lost since starting my diary! :D

I've also managed to meet my june goal of a 10lbs loss, and my mini goal to be 12 stone before i go centre parks which i am 5lbs under!

Anyway its aaway for the weekend for me today but totally gonna stay on track, wont be excercizing as much but it wont kill me!
 
I'm back!!!! Wow i hated having no MFP to track everything over the weekend really didnt stay on track!
Didnt eat too good over the weekend however i did do alot of walking! Alot of uphill too as i was in the lakes.
Had a weekend of nice food and alcohol and really thought id put on weight but stepped on the scales and i'd actually lost a pound this morning! I'll actually be really happy for a pound loss on friday after the weekend :D

Anyway went aquacize last night, day off today as i'm working til 8 but back to zumba on wednesday yay!
 
Just realized i've lost a stone since starting this diary...in 4 weeks!
Had a good food day today but work prevented me from going gym!
However will be back tomorrow!
I think this is the longest i've not fallen off the wagen, feeling very proud of myself!

My next mini goal is to be in the 10 stones as i've not been there well like ever, i actually can never remember being under 11 stone. 8 pounds to go, hopefully i'll make it there by the end of july! :D
 
Well weigh in this morning and lost 3lbs! :D

Weight now - 11 stone 6! Roll on the 10's!

Had good days the past 2 days and done zumba both days. Tonight im out for a meal but hoping it wont be too bad. Gonna opt for the healthier options!

Also 12 weeks today til my holiday yay! :D would love to lose another stone and a half before then..
 
Well went out for a meal and a drink last night which was fine but had a bad food day today. alcohol makes me really hungry lol. still only had 1400 cals but thats alot for me.

anyway back to work tomorrow so back on track!

Also setting myself a new july challenge to lose 10lbs. Which will take me to 10 stone 10 yay! Fingers crossed!
 
Argh feeling really bloated and craving fatty foods today. Really fancy a takeaway but then i know i'd feel guilty. But i really want one!!! Hmmmm lol
 
Feeling really fat atm :( really feel like eating rubbishy foods and although i havent i still feel really bloated! I didnt even go to the gym but luckily guilt made me do my zumba dvd! I dont know what it is but around 2 weeks before i'm due on i always feel like this yet when i am on i am fine ! Weird lol =/ just trying to stay positive as it will pass and i'll get my motivation back soon :D

Anyway, its another new week! Need to make sure i up my excercise again :D and hopefuly will have a weight loss on fri!
 
weight lost after 1 month= 18 pounds. I now weigh 11.4. Pity I want to weigh 9.7. haha! Lets keep going!
 
yeh i want to be 9.7 at least too ha. we'll get there!

anyway think i might just have my motivation back :D
scales are saying i've put pounds on but you know what its impossible because i've been eating around 1000 cals daily!

anyway today had a BIG workout, burned off 1100 calories and only ate around 750!
Weigh in on friday and you know what i doubt i'll lose anything i've even got a feeling its gonna say i've gained but i will not give up!!
 
Had a good food and excercize day today. Zumba, one hour at the gym and a 90 minute walk! Happy days.
However getting really obsessed by the scales and cant understand why they say i've gained weight :( really gutted its kinda putting me off being good. I've not been to the toilet since friday either so maybe thats got something to do with it.

Feel like i've ate loads today but only still had 1200 and burned 900 of em off.

Anyway last day tomorrow before weigh in =/ not looking forward to it...
 
Dont give up! And I really need to stop weighing myself daily. It is depressing when you are only eating 450 cals a day and then not lose a pound in five days! But as long as I am averaging 3lbs a week I should reach my goal in the 12 weeks I have given myself.

Why dont you think about giving the Cambridge Diet a go? To do so much exercise you must be really motivated and determined- so you should breeze it. Especially as you have your holiday goal coming up.

I will hopefully have lost 20lb by my weigh in on Wednesday. Thats 20lbs in 5 weeks with absolutely no exercise. You would lose tons! Although I guess if I dont start exercising eventually I will pile it all back on.!
 
I do weigh myself every day up to 10 times per day :( apparently im 11 stonw 12 now!!!!!!!!

my body just doesnt want to budge any more
 
It's really not good for you to weigh yourself that many times a day as its becoming a obsession your body fluctuates in the day depending how much water you've drank or what you eat and how much water that food contains you need to weigh your self 1 a week or through out your scales and go to your boots and weigh your self there ! You develop a eating problem if you carry on with a unhealthy obsession with your scales xxx
