Thank you ladies, another 2 pounds lost this week somehow or another. Not going to question it, just be glad of it! That takes me into the 180's and over 2 1/2 stone gone. Yay!

Weeks like these balance out all the times when we expect a good loss, and only get a pound or so. As you say - don't question it, just be glad :)
And well done on the 2.5 stone as well, another milestone acheived! We ARE doing this!!

Thanks, Katie. I haven't posted on here for ages but this is weigh day and I have put on a pound (anyone see a connection here? You'll be seeing more of me next week!) It hasn't been a great week so I'm not surprised. I'm going to start using this diary properly and tracking my food. Also, because of the work we have been doing on the house, I haven't exercised properly for a couple of weeks. That will change this week too, back to my Active now that the Wii is up and running again!

Breakfast- Er, em some gummy sweets. OK then a whole packet. Big packet. Knee jerk reaction to weight gain. Like that will help.
Lunch-My usual sandwich of low fat cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber, pickles and extra light mayo. Refresher ice lolly.
Mid afternoon-M&S extremely chocolatey milk chocolate round. No excuse for this.
Dinner-WW shepherds pie with a few left over beans.

I have half a (big) bag of M&S reduced fat crisps for tonight to keep Mr V company, I'll have the other half tomorrow night. This is my usual weekend treat, along with a visit from Mr V of course. Funny how those calories never get counted...

No a great day but I've had worse.

Exercise-the usual 2 mile to-and-from-school run, nothing else.

B-2 slices wholemeal toast, butter me up light and marmalade.
Went to youngest's rugby fun day today, big bbq with burgers, sausages etc and I had NOTHING (very proud) Came home late and had-
L-my usual sandwich, fun size maltesers.
Eldest had concert tonight in the Ulster Hall in Belfast. Needed to be there for 6pm for last minute rehearsal, concert at 7.30 so not worth our while coming back home and then going back in to Belfast so decided to take youngest to McD's for his dinner for a treat between 6 and half 7. So before we went out I had-
D-WW chicken hotpot, slice of wholemeal bread with extra light laughing cow triangle,mini milk lolly.
Left eldest at concert venue, set off to walk to McD's turned out that one wasn't there anymore, ended up in fish and chip restaurant, husband had huge chicken burger and chips, bub had cheese burger and chips and I had NOTHING (very proud) OK did have a few of the bubs chips and a cup of coffee but that was it. Home from concert a wee while ago and have now got Mr V back and the rest of my crisps from last night. Not a bad day at all, proud of my willpower, could have been so bad...

Wow KB....that's some willpower!
It sounds like you're back in the zone, so that little 1lb gain will be gone in no time at all...sounds like you definitely know where you went wrong and what you need to do to sort it out, so no looking back now!
Hope this week is a better one.

D-Birds Eye cheese ravioli with extra veg, mini milk, fun size Milky Way.

I did a little bit of exercise on the Wii but not much. Drinking plenty too. Water, green tea.

Mr V would NEVER make us fat. How many fat alcoholics do you know?
From this we can also conclude that we are not alcoholics otherwise we'd be skinny. See?

Eh I'm quite likeing the alcoholics diet if it makes u skinny rofl!

Unfortunately I tend to go for Mr W (ine) at the weekend and there are definitely calories in that :(
 
yes.... i wanna know how many cals are in Malabu.. had one of those last night for the first time in AGES!! (the bottle has crystalised up!!!)

OK I'm going to gloss over yesterday, you really don't want to know but it involved full fat cheese on toast and jellybeans to mention a few items... Anyway, back to it today.
B-wholemeal toast and marmalade
S-Alpen light bar, some fresh pineapple, a mullerlight and an apple. (Stuck at home today=munchies)
L-My usual sandwich with Alpen Light bar and packet of Tesco baked crisps.
Will update later with dinner, probably chicken stir fry, can't really afford any more snacks so will have to make that do me!
3 men and a dog in my garden replacing the guttering, painting soffets and fascias and putting a new flat roof on the garage. They are driving me mad!! The cat is not impressed either...
