RIGHT!!! I've had enough of all this faffing around losing 1, gaining 1 etc etc. Just like Alex (I fear perhaps she's my twin, or maybe we are the same person!!) I am going back to basics this week and hopefully for the month of June. I am going to count calories properly, which is something I've never really done before. So you can all pretend you've never heard of me before and we'll start from scratch.
Hello! My name if Kitty and I'm a foodaholic. Actually, in the new spirit of honesty I should really say my name isn't Kitty at all, it's Frances. So now you know. My food diary for today so far goes as follows
B- 2 slices Hovis wholemeal bread=172
Flora light=35
Marmalade=40
I'm also going to add about 300mls of skimmed milk to each day=111

Extra light salad cream=21
Condensed low fat chicken soup=70

Also had an apple
So by my reckoning that's 782 so far. My Fitness Pal tells me I should have about 1200 which doesn't leave very much for dinner! But that breakfast won't be normal, there was nothing in the house this morning. I also walk about 2 miles a day which should earn me more calories if I choose to use them.
I haven't exercised properly all month with one thing and another, I want to get back to my "Active" workouts but I normally do them during the day and at the moment there are builders all over my house so I have no opportunity. I'll have to do it in the evenings although that's never easy...
I have also had 2 cups of coffee, a litre of water and a cup of green tea so far.

Edit. That takes me to 1200 for the day, feels like about half what I normally eat even though it's normally good grub so that may be where I'm going wrong.
