Good morning everyone.
I slept like a log and feel very refreshed today. I have the day to myself so I will do some bits in the garden then take the dogs out for a bit of a hunt. Whilst all of that is going on I will defrost my freezer I think. That should keep me out of trouble for a while.

Morning leanne, do your dogs ever catch anything? I used to go out looking for rabbits with my springer spaniel, she chased loads but never actually caught one, having said that, Brandy was so soft she wouldn't have known what to do if she had caught one. LOL

Good morning Jim.
The Jack Russell will catch and kill rabbits and will dig in to get them. My welsh border Collie will happily carry a kill but won't bring one down. If I shoot anything she will retrieve it and is happy to share some of it later.

Emma would catch things when she was younger. She once ran round the garden with one of the neighbours chickens in her mouth at my last house. She had it by the bum and it was flapping and squawking and throwing feathers everywhere! My ex grabbed her by the back legs and she let it go but it ran across the patio and in through the back door lol. She also caught a blackbird in the garden here and brought it to me as a gift lol.

Pretty happy this end. Was trying to be legal for friday weigh in but...dh has been baking again. Blueberry muffins today....two carbs each and i did have to test them
