ERRRRRRRRRRRGH! feel rather crappy today and for some reason the question mark and slash key on my keyboard has stopped working :S so i look rather illiterate lol oh well i cba getting another one, going to have a cup of tea and settle down with a choc shake and some coke zero tonight, thank god we can have it! fingers crossed for another lb down tomorrow! xx

Still 13st 3lb but feeling a difference now had my Choco crisp shake for breakie and gunna have a choc one for lunch just dying my hair ATM n gunna put false nails on for tonight may have a few vodka n diet cokes (and I've drank loads of times in ketosis and been fine!) need to watch the water weight tho, and no munching! Lol xx

weigh day. It's much more satisfying to see bigger losses I reckon.
But I know it's hard not to keep hopping on!!

Haha yer i am! Im absolutely f*c*ing gutted atm! british gas took 200 quid out of my bank account! they said it was only going to my 76 and now im 174 pounds in debt! i could cry im absolutely sick of things going wrong, i went out last night and treat myself, i was going to order a weeks supply today but it wouldnt go through, checked my bank account and i couldnt believe it! absolutely gutted i was doing amazingly! sticking to it 1000% not even drinking that much coke zero and all of a sudden this happens! my birthday is in a few months! and if im 174 pound in debt theres no way i can afford it for at least a few weeks! im sick sick sick of it! grrrerrrrrrr

Oh noooooo hun, that sucks. Did you ring them and tell them you were given a much lower figure?
That can't be right. £200 seems like the amount you'd use in the depths of a freezing cold winter.
€200 is the most I've ever paid and it was after 2 months of constant heat during the harshest winter since the 80's!
They might have made a mistake so ring them if you haven't already x

I have chick! It was some idiots fault saying both my gas and electric was 76 a month but it was just the electric! The gas was 116! It's because I had a back log of 400 from my previous quarter so there's me thinking I got a bargain lol Its alot less now tho so at least it's significantly reduced my monthly bill! Still sucks tho I'll get a month of slim n save when I have money so then no screw ups! Xx

Ah right, arrears suck! That's a bummer sweetie. But if you just try and stick to a low carb, high protein diet
and keep drinking plenty of water you should keep losing away. Maybe a bit more slowly but you're over
halfway there I see from your ticker. Keep making sensible choices until you can afford the next batch of packs.
Everything happens for a reason they say so look at it as a challenge to see how well you can do
with sheer willpower alone. And the support of your fellow dieters of course!
Think wedding dress!! xx

Haha thanks hunny your right, I'm thinking 2 eggs with 1 slice of whole meal toast chicken salad lunch and probz stir fry for tea 2 parts protein one pat carb I think will be ok xx
