I need to stop letting people tempt me! I definitely had some early easter choc yesterday and a few bites of carb-ful items. GRRRR
The scale showed a small gain of 2 lbs but I am 99% sure it is water retention and bloating and I just did an hour of hard cardio and I got back to it again. I will post the results of the first week on Thursday - I hope it is at least 3-4 lbs!
