My Dukan Diet Diary...

yeseterday I got sent home from work sick and today i feel even worse :/ sooff to the dr's for anti sickness tablets it is for me :(

Day 90 PP:
B: Oat Bran Porridge, 2 boiled eggs
L: toffee Muller light
D: Beef and Chicken
Drinks: 2L Water, 2 black coffees, 5 green teas

Day 91 PV:
B: Oat bran Porridge, 2 egg ommelette
L: none
D: some BNS Chicken and mushrooms (had most of it up tmi! )
Drinks: 2L Water, 2 black coffees, 5 green teas

Thanks Ellie still not feeling great i've had to book today off work it was only overtime so not as bad but i still don't like doing it :( on a plus side i had my weigh in today and I've lost 2lbs again haha and i'm in the 28's BMI wise :) this has cheered me up at least and i know my mini goal of being in the 11's on the 23rd of this month is now doable :D plus I only have a stone to go until true weight it's a long way to go but compared to what i've lost i can do it :) and it's officially thrre months on the diet today...

D: tiny bit of chicken, muller light yoghurt
Drinks: 2 black coffees, 4 green teas, 2L Water

Thank you Ellie, Thank you Leah i'll have a read through yours now i did a while back i know but i haven't been on here properly for a while so i'll have a readthrough now but i can see by your stats your doing well so well done :)

Day 93 PV:

D: I am going to attempt some dukan chilli and BNS wedges
Drinks: 2L Water, 3 black coffees, 5 green teas

How was your dippy eggs and soldiers Tamara, try it with bacon or turkey rashers next time see what u think xx
 
Maybe you need to increase your food, everyday this week you have only been eating 2 meals a day and you arent even snacking xx
 
I was thinking the same, you are not eating Tamar and not good especially when you are ill. You are making it habit to skip lunch, try to have something you can eat on the go or on the desk if work is too busy: boiled eggs, crab sticks, goji berries something! Skipping meals is no good ask Ceri, you end up with 4 doughnuts!!!!! :D:D
 
Yeah, what Becky said! Lol. Even if u just take a few slices of ham or chicken drumsticks or something.xx
 
Liking that you feel better and will start eating. No wonder I am fat, very little things takes my appetite away. The only time I can remember not eating is when I had tonsilitis but that was because it was painful to swallow not because I didnt like to eat!! :D

Day 97 PP:
B: Oat Bran Poriidge, 3 fried eggs
L: Yoghurt muller light toffee
D: Chicken, Beef
Drinks: Diet Coke, 2L water, 2 Black coffee, 2L Water

Safe to say the appetite is back haha :)
 
Weigh in day tomorrow definitely not looking forward to it after my week of being ill and hardly eating i feel all bloated and strange so i'm expecing a STS at least hmm.. Aww well the main thing is I'm feeling way better plus I was back at work today :)


Day 98 PP:
B: Oat Bran Porridge, 3 fried eggs
L: Chicken
D: Chicken and steak with some soy sauce and pepper, 2 egg omelette
Drinks: 2L water, 2 black coffees, 3 green teas
