Right so lost the 1lb I gained last week, back on EE, saved my syns for weekend treat and seems to have worked
This weekend i'm away and hoping to be relatively good, taking lots of SW friendly food with me. Also decided to have tea a little later in the evening as I always get boredom eating around 7/7.30 so had tea at this time instead.
B: apple, pear, LF nat yoghurt and alpen light bar (1/2 HEb)
S: pear, apple, banana, orange
L: superspeed soup, pasta mug shot, shape zero yoghurt, orange
S: banana, apple, mullerlight
T: bowl of potato, leek and broccoli soup, followed by swede and potato mash and 2 chicken thighs
