My F+H food diary...

I don't think millionaire's shortbread is ever about hunger is it?? My OH is pretty much obsessed with the stuff.

Sunday evening used to be my wine and chocolate night too. It was one of the harder habits to break to be honest - thinking that i deserved a "treat" on a sunday evening because it was the end of the weekend. My sunday evening "treat" now is watching tv in bed from early evening and being allowed more than one glass of diet coke.

Overall it looks like you have done really well. Getting back into the swing of things after christmas is never easy. When does your week go to? Hope you haven't got too many days without weeklies. I would suggest that if its more than one day it might be better to allow yourself a few a day to prevent the temptation to slip completely off plan.

I wish I'd read this before I decided to carry on eating junk! You're right.... I will allow myself a few points every day cause otherwise I feel deprived and that then makes me want to binge on things I really shouldn't be! I weigh on sat :eek:

Sunday has always been my day of rest lol.... The kids go to bed and I get a few hours to myself to watch tv or read a book..... Wine usually comes with that lol. X

Just popping in to say hi! Ive been on sf for the last 2 years but keep falling off plan and gaining all my weight back :/ stupid! BUT im starting again today so fingers crossed I can stick with it! U have done very well on ur first week! Good luck for this wk!

It's so difficult sometimes isn't it...I wish every week was like the first week when you're excited about following a new plan..
I've found this week tough due to using all my weeklies very early in the week hence why I'm doing points this week.... Will be following F&H as of Saturday x
 
I tend to make myself have fewer weeklies for the first 3 days of the wk so im not short at the end of the wk and can relax a bit! I struggle else!

Popping in to subscribe! I was doing simply filling too and loved it, even got to target but then went wildly off plan when moving house and over Xmas. So free styling at the moment and if I find that doesn't work will be back on sf as it just makes sense to me. X

I had the best day I've had all week! Resisted the birthday cake and did Shred twice.. although my legs are paying for it now *Ouch*

Woke up hungry today! I've planned my food already due to things in the fridge that need using up.

Also... I did shred twice yesterday and I'm not actually feeling too bad! Leg muscles hurt a bit but then I expected that lol.

Going to buy some Brazil nuts today to use as a snack instead of chocolate type things.... Only a small pack though else I'd eat the lot!

Yes you can, I did 6 days of f&h last week and 1 day of propoints but its up to you how many of each you want to do. X
 
Change of plan to tonights dinner.. my lovely oh has bought some gorgeous looking sirloin steaks! Will have them with some sort of mushroom sauce and lots of veg *yum*
 
Oh that's great Thanx so much, been to Asda this morn and it was very obvious I'm on ww lol, got some good offers! I'm planning to log on & register with my passcode, also download app on my phone, from reading on here it's a lot easier if you connected on the go! Your food diary/ meals is fab :)))

I'm finding the exercise is helping me not wanting to binge on chocolate etc... Although this cold weather is not helping, I just want a coffee and half a pack of chocolate biscuits lol.
