That's annoying about the scales but looks like you had a good food week so don't worry about it the weight loss will catch up with you. Not even a couple biscuits will keep it away :p x
 
Had a offplan night last night but it wasn't that bad to be honest and I've woke up feeling really slim! Yay!


F&h day


B- shredded wheat, banana and semi skimmed milk 2pp ( need to go buy some skimmed)



L- Salmon stir fry with blue dragon wholewheat noodles, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice




D- Roast....

Beef
Broccoli
Carrots
Yorkshire pudding 1pp
Gravy 2pp

Will have some Greek 0% with sugar free jelly after shred later.

Glad you are feeling positive (and slim!) this morning. I think you have got exactly the right attitude towards last night - don't beat yourself up about it, just enjoy it and move on.

I've been in that place where I feel guilty for having a night off and it just ruins the whole week ahead.. 1 bad night out of 7 isn't really going to do any damage ( hopefully lol)

I def think doing daily exercise has helped me though.. its made me feel much healthier. Ooh I measured my waist this morning and I've gone from having a 32'' waist to a 29''!!!! My only problem now is my stomach below the belly button... After having kids its where all my fat gets stored and it looks out of proportion to the rest of me but fingers crossed this exercise helps. X

Finding it really hard today... Had a bit of a bad time at the drs today and then my son who has autism has been quite difficult.... I've had a glass of wine and other things like chocolate.... But I know I can pull it back over the week with exercise x
 
Hmm not really been on plan! Feeling bloated and disappointed in myself.. gonna try my hardest for the rest of the week and see what happens..
Also haven't been able to shred because the lunges have really pulled the muscle in my thigh *Ouch*

Hey, hope things are going ok.

Sorry haven't been around much this week on the board but don't be too hard on yourself. You've been really quite strict with yourself recently and sometimes it is best to ease yourself in a bit more with the exercise and the food. Sure you can get it back on track.
 
Well.... I'm back! And feeling very unfit and wobbly.
Haven't done much in the way of diet... Just eaten pure fat! Cakes, chips and Chinese! Oh and did I mention the wine??!!

Anyhow back to f&h and propoints tomorrow.. its 9 weeks until my birthday and I would like to feel good about myself by then! Xx

I barely ate anything all day so I could have Chinese.. nearly cried when I found put they were closed lol. It's def open today! X
