I have been awful at updating recently just been so busy! But im pleased to say i maintained at group on wed which i was more than happy with
im back on it this week
it is my birthday on sat so i will b flexi synning that day, had a talk with my consultant
and rest of the time im aimin for 5 syns, hoping that way il maybe still have a sneaky loss lol.. So here goes..

Breakfast - 60g wholemeal bread with 1/2 laughin cow light triangle - hexb & part hexa
Snack - 1/2 special k double choc chip bar - 2 syns
Lunch - baked potatoes with 30g cheese & tbsp sweet chilli, ww dessert yoghurt, blueberries & strawberries - free, rest of hexa & 1.5 syns
Dinner - sw chips with onions mushrooms & mushy pea curry sauce -free
Snack - special k chewy delight - hexb
**250ml semi skimmed milk - hexa **
total syns - 3.5 syns
