I am sooooooo bad at updating this lately! maybe because i havent been great :break_diet: BUT last night i went to weigh in and i managed a STS im sooooo glad as i really havent been on plan for 2 weeks now and iv managed to get away with it so this week i really need to get back on plan before it catches up with me and i end up with a hugggeeee gain!lol so today im opting for a extra easy day..
