Its been a looong Hrd tiring miserable wet day today. Thought id be buzzing from WI, but its been a ver depressing day. I am not hungry but getting loads of cravings, inluding salt (strange) had a celery snack earlier covered i salt !! I usually hate the stuff, my cookings always criticised for not having any seasoning. But I really want salty stuff right now.
Gonna knock out as hubs is watching boring football and dont want to eat anything.

Hey having an good day, went into town to get my two boys wedding outfits. Well I think the world and his wife had the same idea town was manic and all boys formal garms were depleted in stock in every shop. Couldn't find anything we liked in right style or sizes. The usuall issues with kids clothes shopping I guess. Had to go to 1001 shops unfortunately couldn't get them the same outfits. They look like actual twins in the same clothes as there's not much between em.

hi bb, brings back memories, i have two boys and two girls, my son's are 27and 24and my daughter's are 22 and 21, i still go cloths shopping with the girls but am glad to say that i finally go because i want to and not need to. i can remember it being a nightmare trying to get them all sorted out for special occasions and expensive! at least they all pay for there own now, i bet your boys will look great at the wedding just like their mum! xx

aww thanks jaq x. How did you make it with four!! There was 4 of us and im not sure how my mum managed, and the house was always spotless, we were always clean and well fed AND she always made sure her hair and makeup looked nice! I guess you never know how much your parents do for you untill you become one yourself. I would love to have more but honestly dont know if I could cope as its very ard work.
Its just the right time for you too start thinking of yourself, my mum recently lost over three stone after we have all grown up and she feels fab. She has so much confidence now I feel so sad for her that she couldnt when we were young as she always had us four to sort out.

Very Very bad headahce wont go even after loads a water and several doses of paracetmol. Feeling very cold today also even though its quite a mild and sunny day here.
I have only 5 days untill friday wiegh so need to get focused. Cant have anymore days like yesterday. So gonna up the anti next few days and squeeze in so workouts as well as drink loads and absolutely no more protien here and there as before.
Thats the plan, 5days of strictly 100% TS, let my hair down for the week end and go off plan and then restart monday.

Thank you giigle x, hope your well. No chance of early night its gone football mania mad in our house and uninvited guests!! My bro-in-law has brought a suitcase full of meat for a barbecue, men are cooking for a BIG change. So im gonna let my hair down tonight girls...to hell with it, you gotta have a life aint ya?
