I'm gonna start with my kettlebells DVD next week. Don't want any saggy bits now do we!

Thank u Tara x and Linz x am ok I had a hungry day today but will have an early night :) . I think I will try kettle bells as I do have the DVd . Hope you have had a good day too
 
Thank you lulu x I appreciate any input . When you say strength exercises do you mean like kettle bells ? I don't feel fit enough to do cardio at the moment as there s too much movement on my body lol .. X

You can use weights if you want but you can also just use your own body weight -and do things like squats, lunges, planks, press ups etc.

Keep going through the hungry days - I've had one of those today. I wonder if the cold weather doesn't help either!
