MY NEW YEARS XENICAL DIARY

I mentioned them when I 1st joined here after a pizza convo about your children lol....:)

I just buy the pizza bases, get some ham, can chopped tomatoes as tomato base, weight watchers sliced cheese and sprinkle 1 slice over base...and top with pineapple its low fat and a great treat....
Our Tesco's and Sainsburys have the pizza express ones

i looked in tesco here but didnt see anything, will have a look again at the weekend!! Never have the choice here like they do in england!! I was thinking it might of been you who had mentioned the pizzas, wasnt sure :D cant get the weight watchers cheese either i dont think :(
 
Have you a co-op ? I know our small tesco do ww cheese but co-op also do !!

When Daz worked in Ireland he said how hard it was getting stuff :(
 
no co-op, i hear so many people talking about different things they get,but i cant its so annoying!! Well just made a pig of myself with my tea lol, had pasta with my pizza i was totally starving but now i cant move!! But i figured it was better than eating between my meals, so i am not too bothered!! Still only used 19g fat though!!
 
as long as your within your fat content thats what counts......bet you loved it though tee hee :):)

Had homemade burger with homemade cajun fries tonight and 2 muller yogurts lol :):)
 
have you a blender/food processor ??

I put onion,garlic and chillies in tonight to give a kick lol :)

Home made burgers with spicy potato wedges

serves 4....360cals......12.1g fat

800g potatoes
oil mister
1tsp cajun spices (I add a little bit more as to coat fries )
500g extra lean mince
30g(1 level tbsp) sundered tomato paste
4 spring onions (40g)

1) preheat oven to 200c/180fan/GM6
2)scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise to make wedges
3)place potatoes on non stick baking sheet, spray lightly with oil mister. sprinkle over cajun spices, place in oven for 30-40 minutes
4) in a food processor mix together mince, tomato paste and spring onions
5)make the mince mixture into 4 burgers
6) slowly cook burgers in a non stick pan until centre of burger is cooked through...or place in oven with the wedges to bake
7) serve with wedges and salad

INSTEAD OF TOMATO PASTE I ADD GARLIC PASTE AND ADD CHILLI'S....1 medium chilli or 1tsp lazy chilli

No probs Rach...can't wait to get my Biggest Loser cookbook this weekend will have lots of recipes to share ...in the meantime I will put an alli recipe up everyday....:):)
 
It is my bible...it explains so much about food and the bad bits ect it educates you and puts you in the correct mode of thinking...hence why it isn't a diet :):)
 
It is about re-educating good words Rach.....:)

Sall you can add anything you want oregano, mixed herbs, adding an egg I know takes calories up but changes the flavour yet again.....
If you get your local butcher to mince really lean lamb you can add mint and make burgers too...

ooh i love minted lamb burgers!!

|ok weighed myself this morning and so far i am a stay the same, i know i still have another couple of days to make a change so fingers crossed i do, just feeling kind of annoyed this morning but all the more determined to be good!! :D
