Yay its day 6 and im still TS"!!!!!!!!!!!! thats the really hard part over now....
need to work on my water consumption though... i drink far too much black coffee which, even though it counts, is not good for me...
I see to be smoking more too... not loads but i guess i will address that once i'm at goal..I only have so much willpower and this diet is taking all the reserves at the moment...
Have refrained from getting on the scales now till my official WI on saturday.. I already feel lighter and so much better in myself since being back on the packs... How anyone can say TFR is bad for you is totally beyond me.. I feel energised and am sleeping better and i'm only 6 days in...
