I had never used Quorn mince until last night and I was quite suprised at how nice it was in the spag bol I made last night

Breakfast:- 2x Weetabix (Heb) Muller light yoghurt (run out of milk) Banana
Dinner:- Fruit salad (apple, melon, kewi, strawberry, pinapple)
Tea:- Left over spag bol (Quorn, mushrooms, tomatos, peppers, celery and onion) pasta and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, celery and onion)
Snacks:- 2x Aplen Light bars (Heb)
