Breakfast: 35g porriage (Heb) Banana
Lunch: Bake potato, beans and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucmber, pepper, onion, cabbage and carrot)
Tea: Noodles and stir fry veg
Snacks: jelly, 2x alpen light bars (Heb), apple, melon, grapes, muller light and apricots
Syns: half for jelly
