1lb on which I'm happy with as I was expecting more! Ate like a pig today and defo not SF!!! Back on track tomorrow - promise xxx
 
Defo! This next week is going to be difficult as I'm moving house and then staying at friends/hotels for a few days before moving into the new place. Will be a bit up in the air for the next two weeks, but I'm going to try and stick to plan as much as possible. Will update as much as I can too :) xx

I am mega stressed! And when I stress, I eat. Need to be really careful...

I'm having a PP day today. I didn't have much for breakfast as I had to start work real early today. Hence why I've had the lunch I have!

B - banana 0pp

L - random, but 2 OSS and skimmed milk 7pp

D - fajitas at a restaraunt. The EOG says Chiquito chicken fajitas are 24pp so I'm going to go by that. I don't have the sour cream or guacamole so it will probably reduce the points but I'll stick to 24pp

Food was so lush last night! :) we shared some nachos too but I'm not sure of the points. The EOG says 17 for chicken nachos and that's a half portion. We had just cheese and shared 4 portions between 5 so I reckon I'm going to say 13 to be on the safe side. I had a rocky bar 3pp and 2 small cheese and onion sausage rolls 5pp? So that's a further 21pp off my weeklies, leaving me 26pp remaining.

B - OSS and skimmed milk, banana

L - slice of bread 2pp, WW crips 2pp, a little butter 1pp. Chocolate mousse 2pp

D - slag Bol with a mini garlic bread 7pp

4pp remaining xxx

Hey Mets, ive been reading about SF .. im just wondering how much weight you have lost on SF and if you think itll be worth while for me, ive lost a stone on pp's but ive stayed the same for about 2/3months now so i think i need a shake up .. i prob eat far too many snacks on pp's too ......... my downfall is to grab somert quick & go ..... xx
 
Hi Hun, I've actually only lost 3lbs BUT I've either stayed the same or put on 1lb this week cos I've had social stuff on and drank loads!

Like you, I STS on PP for months so decided to try SF. If you look at the other girls losses, it totally works. I live SF, not in the least I feel so much healthier and don't snack at all between meals. It's defo the plan I'm going to stick to (with pp days in between)

Give it a go :)

Edit - I am only 8lbs from goal so my losses have slowed down loads

Ooooo excellent .. Well ive eaten two of the foods I always considered took high in pps .. Crumpets and baked beans .. Mmmmm , I love it already .. Thnx for your help xxx

I LOVE them too an ear crumpets pretty much every day! :D I've really found the plan so easy. Love it!
 
The boyf bought home a Twix and ice cream.... Feel sick :-/
