wow how lovely is it to have so many messages to read when i came on, thanks guys for the support Work was good and passed really quickly for a change, last day tomorrow and off for the weekend woohoo

Tizzy we're looking at Kos because i LOVE the place and Ella can only fly 4hrs so greece is our cut off travel time.

Katie how are you getting on? Not seen you around for a while, hope youre managing to stick with it, lets hope we all see a lovely loss this week xx

Thanks ladies, its incredibly itchy but im trrying not to grumble because Ella bless her is covered literally head to toe and theyre all HUGE blisters too and shes being sooo good not scratching, she's even got them all in her hair and eye brows too. On a VERY nice side we booked our holiday....we're going to Kos next May to the Blue lagoon all incl resort eeek

Well lil Ella's chicken pox are still here, a lot have scabbed over now but she keeps crying in pain and isnt sleeping too well which is incredibly annoying. Nothing really to report on diet front there's no change as usual, getting weighed on friday and i will be incredibly surprised if im not in the 17s, had a dream last night i was 17 4 lol i know that's not going to happen but it was a nice dream none the less.

How are you getting on Tizzy, have you been weighed recently?

All Ellas pox have now scabbed over woohoo, i wonder how long it'll take for them to fall off, she does look rather unsightly lol and she's still being a pain in the bottom but i think part of that will now be cabin fever as she's not been out of the house since Friday.

Not a lot going on today except docs for me later, work have asked me to get it confirmed or ruled out whether ive had the pox, if i have then it means everyone at work who hasnt had pox has to go for a blood test because we work in health

Oh - what a bother for the folks at work! But better safe than sorry, I'm sure.

I got weighed yesterday and am down another 2lbs. 11 over 5 weeks = 2.2lbs/week which I should be pleased with as it is a nice healthy rate of loss. Course I would like it to come off faster, but then I'm going to have to seriously buckle down. This week's goal is to rev it up a bit while maintaining my level of exercise and going to France for work. Fingers crossed.

How're you doing? All systems go for your weigh-in on Friday?

Well i went to docs this aft and just as a i thought she reckons its almost impossible to 100% say it's not because ive had the spots since Fri and ive already had the pox twice but thinks its rather unlikely because of the spot types so i am glad and means i can return to work on Sunday

WI is on thurs now as CWC is in the area but that's ok, means i get to find out a day sooner!!!

Well done Tizzy you're doing great, know what you mean about wanting it to come off sooner though, in fact most days id like to wake up slim lol

WOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Got a txt off diet lady late last night asking if she could possibly weigh me today and we get on really well so i know she wouldnt ask without good reason so of course i said yes and ive lost 6lbs which means i've now lost 5 stone 5 whole bloody stones WOOOHOOOOOO i cannot remember the last time i was this weight, ive been with hubby for over 7yrs and ive never been in the 17s whilst we've been together eeeeek im sooooooooooooo over the moon!!!!!!!!!

Well its almost the weekend YAY We had a day of craft yesterday, Ella loved playing with all the glue but didnt like it getting on her hands the strange child lol. Today Ellas at my mums til later so ive got an unexpected break and hubbys met up with a friend for lunch then tomorrow we're going to a friends bday party and im back at work on Sun.

I had a revelation in bed last night.....i know its an obvious thing but its different when your brain realises something. In 30lbs i will have lost 100lbs oh my goodness that seems enormous and so close
