My slim dream, 7stone in and 3 to go in time for christmas????

Ok so i havent really been away as long as i thought, strangely have a lot of time on my hands this week lol. Well ive ruined diet this week, but for a good reason not just for a random binge. Was wedding anniversary yesterday and hubby had arranged for Ella to be with my parents for the evening and he'd booked for us to go to my favourite chinese restaurant which was delicious although i was amazed how much my appetite has changed, could only eat half my started and half my main so that was nice and i actually managed to stop eating before i got to that ridiculously full feeling. we then went to pics and watched the new spiderman, not atall what i'd thought it was be like. Its not the 3rd Spiderman its the first one re-written which was a bit silly albeit a very good film. AND it's TOTM so i know i wont be losing any weight this week but again this is me being realistic i need to be able to go out for celebratory meals and it not ruin my healthy eating and i need to be able to not feel bad about having a nice meal out. So i know this probably seems like a cop out but i had a lovely time and after the crappy week ive had this was a very lovely surprise 
Well today ive woke up feeling lovely and refreshed again, 4 days in a row now, and took Ella to nursery for the morning then we're going on a steam train with my parents this afternoon, i'm so excited. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend hugs xx

Not a cop out at all! Celebrating special occassions, esp with the people you love, is a part of life and you're right, you should enjoy it! And it sounds like you were eating mindfully, stopping before you overdid it - so celebrating and learning at the same time, how great is that?!
It's nice to that you're getting enough sleep and waking up refreshed. Makes a change from a couple of weeks ago or so.

Yes, ever could and silver lining etc Well we didnt get to go on the steam train today, there was too much rain for it to run grrr but we're going to try again on Mon and Ste's off too so we'll be able to go as a family which is deffo time we've been lacking recently. Well i think ive done very good at damage limitation today, Dad invited us round to celebrate anniversary and ordered take away and i went for a chicken grilled kebab and just ate the grilled chicken and salad, did contemplate having a pizza as i know i wont have lost weight this wk but im glad i went for chicken, it was yummy and im not bloated

Oh we went to go on the steam train yesterday and the thing wasnt even running, apparently they only run Wed to Sun so goodness only knows what the person we spoke to on Fri was thinking but we had a nice day anyway, went out for lunch and i had a steak salad
Well not a lot planned today, my car is being looked at after it locked Ella in a few wks ago, wouldnt mind but its only 2 months old grrr!!! Then i think my mum n dad are picking me up in a few hrs then we can get Ella from nursery early to go visit my Grandma who was 85 last week and still going strong. ME and hubby having a date night on thurs, was hoping there would be early screenings of ice age but its not on til Fri so we're going to see the 5yr engagement instead.
Still feeling really good on this diet and really really do feel i will actually be slim again, it feels amazing to say i've lost 45lbs and only 1 stone off being half way to goal so i will keep on plodding along ooo ooo one last thing..... bought another size smaller pair of trousers.....in a fitted size 20 now WOOOHOOOOO

Excellent!!! 3lbs gone forever - way to go! Sounds like you've had a marvellous time off and are still doing great on CD - all good news! Bet it felt great to go get clothes in smaller sizes! How exciting! And you're not far off your halfway mark - by goodness I know your goal date is sometime in 2013, but at this rate you'll there by Xmas! You rock!

Yes its been a difficult time off but good too and although my life was turned upside down it's all turned out good Well i visited my grandma today and ive not seen her for about 5 months and she commented straight away how much weight i'd lost :-D Having our usual treat tonight but think ill be having an early night, got an icky headache xx

Tizzy i know this really doesnt help but comparitively as in weight left to lose we're probably losing about the same % of weight per week because ive got a LOT more left to lose, i know it doesnt make it any easier but well i thought i'd say it anyway haha Hope you're having a lovely weekend
Anna you need a ticker too missus and a diary. How much weight have you lost now and have you thrown away those silly scales? I reckon ten weeks you'd be closer to 2.5 stonne off if you can stick with it, you always did have big losses when your proper SS'd. Hope you and alfie have a lovely anniversary, lovely that you're going away for it
Well ive been a let down this week, don't get me wrong i don't mean on the diet front and well really its probably a very good let down. Tuesday was weigh in and like i said we were having our usual treat i only ate 1 piece of pizza and 1 piece of garlic bread and i'd had enough now i know that's really good and should be commended but i feel robbed lol when did my stomach decide it wanted to shrink that much. Ella ate more than me haha. Then on Thurs for our planned date night Ste poked me at just past 8 because i'd fallen asleep on the settee and he sent me to bed, didnt wake til my alarm went off in morning so i wasted our night off parenting dutys by sleeping and we've not had a night off for over 12 months arghhh stupid body. did the same last night too, got in from work at 9pm and was in bed by half 9. Back in this morn til 8pm too. Looking forward to tomorrow though, going to Gullivers world for my best friends lil girl's 2nd bday Cant wait and i know Ella will really enjoy it. Taking my sister (who's a sickening size 8) to make sure Ella can go on the rides as i'll probably be too fat. No weigh in til Friday next week due to shifts but Thurs/Fri was my original weigh in days anyway so would be nice to see another 3 possibly 4lbs off as it'll been 9 days but whatever comes off i'll be satisfied with.

Bought another pair of size 20 trousers, EXACTLY the same as the others and i mean same make, same design, same style just bought a week later and they won't fasten?????? I dont understand that when the others that are exactly the same do. Think someone must have mislabbeled one of them.....really hoping its the ones that dont fit haha!!

It's lovely when clothes start fitting again, although you're very good, i threw all mine out when i grew out of them so have to keep buying new when i shrink lol!!

Well it's been another long week in work and i dont feel like i've stopped. Really not looking forward to tomorrow, got the letting people doing their quarterly house check tomorrow and i HATE it, its such an invasion of privacy and last time they nit picked that there was dust on the skirting board grrrr. On the plus side i'm getting weighed tomorrow and im hoping for a lovely loss. Went to the pics on Tues and drank water. Went to gulliver's world with Ella and friends on Sun and ate a salad and drank lots of water despite everyone else having junk food so im very pleased with myself Not had the internet at home and wont til end of next week hence my absences but i hope everyone is well and hopefully ill get to log on with my weight loss. we're going to inlaws for tomoz too til Sunday

Still could potentially have lost 4 stone by hubby's bday in 2 weeks but i'll prob be 3.11 so not that far off

Well its that time of the week again just had weigh in, was expecting to sts as ive had migrain fr 5days and constipated despite fibre so felt all fat and yucky but im v pleased to say ive lost another 3lbs taking me to 51 lbs now wooohooo and now lost a total of 33inches :-D started exercising yesterday finally got my wii fit out again too so my goal this wk is to do 30mins to 1hr wii fit every day. Were out for a meal tonight and then the casino and tkn ella to a farm or wildlife park tomorrow. Im finally feeling more energetic and been running round playing with Ella a lot more and this wk a doc i see at work everyday said they didnt recognise me this wk :-D so onwards we go. Will update ticker in a few days cant c it on the minis app xx
Thanks Tizzy, hope your trip is going brilliantly. Well my planned week of exercise is going well so far, started Thursday and did 90mins cardio then Friday did another hr and yesterday did a further hr plus some toning on the thighs then took Ella to a farm and spent most of my time running round after her haha. I'm in work til 8pm tonight so plan on doing at least 30mins when i get home. Suffice to say my muscles are aching all over but it feels good
