I would say about 300mls on average a day :) why?
If you don't drink enough water it can stop you loosing, I was with a PT instructor before Xmas and she was allocating water by the weight of me. I know definitely that I don't drink as much as I should so Ive been more conscious this week. x

Hey everyone! I'm back from my holiday now and I've put 4lbs on!!!!!! I only went away for 3 nights lol! Anyway back on slimming world today and starting the gym tomorrow!

Hey everyone! Been wondering this for a while now but kept forgetting to ask, do you have to put speed foods with your snacks? For example today I haven't used many syns so I have just had an alpen bar do I now have to eat say an orange with it? Or is it only meals you have to put 1/3 speed food? Thank you in advance.
