I've heard that if you do a handstand on the scales you weigh at least 5 lbs lighter! LOL Can you still do a handstand Bess?

I'm up 3lbs too Bess but I am not hiding or sitting quietly, so neither must you. I know mine is down to fluid retention and not food, I always bloat at this time of the year when its hot. My feet and ankles look divine I am sure that is the case with you. Not horrible feet and ankles but water retention xxxWeigh in day 13.11 so up 3lbs. I'm very tempted to do a runner as I feel so hopeless but think I'd like to stay just quietly sitting at the back of the wagon if that's ok. :sigh:

This sounds yummy - but presumably an EE day?Well done Bess, yes you WILL avoid the chippy! Why not make SW fish and chips? Blend up a HEB's worth of wholemeal bread and then dip your White fish in egg before dipping in breadcrumbs. Really yummy with SW chips, mushy peas and a salad for your superfree! X
