Hi guys!
So I went to group, lost 5.5lbs, making a total loss of 1st 2.5lbs, so I got my stone award!
So chuffed, 16.5lbs in 5 weeks (technically 4 as we were away for a week and was totally off plan!)
Just need to stick at it. Although I was chuffed with myself tonight, fancied a takeaway as per usual after weigh in, but decided to save money I had a Jacket Potato instead! AND I've got a curry cooking in the slow cooker for tomorrow as I'm on a 3-11
SO motivated this time round I can't tell you.
I'm hoping to start back swimming on Saturday as well (I have a Saturday off, I can't believe it! Nearly fainted when I looked at the rota! haha)
Todays food;
B: Fruit Salad (all speed) with a Mullerlight (free)
L: 4 Ryvita (HEB) with LCEL Cheese Triangles (Part HEA), Tomatoes (s) and a Mugshot (free)
D: Jacket Spud (free), Beans (free) and LCEL Cheese Triangles (Part HEA) (No speed as I was in a rush and couldn't be bothered to put the hob on)
S: Sliced Ham (free) and LCEL Cheese Triangles (rest of my HEA, I'm going to look like a cheese triangle soon....), 3 Alpen Light Bars (9)

Happy with todays food, except for the lack of speed, but I have had over 2 litres of water, so happy with that too, and smashed my step target for the day too
