holiday was great and just what the doctor ordered, i didnt realise how much running around i did for the kids,going with my mum and her hubby was an eye opener cos they made the kids do things for themselves so i got a rest. though things are now back to normal im running round and picking up after them again lol

I would leave them to do it themselves! Believe me my mum ran around after my brother picking things up after him and at 35 she is still doing it! Don't fall into the same trap lol :D

well todays my wedding anniversary 16 years, i would have got less for murder. had a really good day so far, planning on a few drinkies tonight so may end up sqiffy hehehe.

well today is weigh in day not sure what to expect found it really hard to stay in points after holiday last week, but i suppose tomorrows another day and i can try again, this cold weather doesnt help as all i want to do is eat lol.

weel ill be dammed it was a sts after everything i ate last week im surprised . i found it really hard this week sticking to points but our leader said the hardest part is coming off your holiday and getting back to 100%. i thought this week was amusing when i was a sts and our leader gained 6lbs lol

Just goes to show that eating plenty is the key with WW !! I've found that the weeks I've been the best - saved a few etc have not been the best weight loss weeks for me but the weeks I have had a bit more I have lost better - wierd - but true - have a good week x
