Early start who rings people at 06.30????? Anyhow another success express day on the cards..
Breakfast oats with chopped banana
Lunch on the go so fruit salad and hifibar
Dinner big prawn salad

H ex a milk
H ex b oats hi fi bars
Syns nature valley oat bar 10 and options hot chocolate 2 (12)
 
Wow! The measuring is a great idea, actually took some measurements around Easter because I was making a cardi. So could use those as reference. And FANTASTIC job with the inch loss.

Yeah this week is tough for some reason :/ hang in there! It's all worth it. And stay away from the foam bananas :)
 
Thanks very much I must admit I'm not great with exercise have loads of DVDs but I'm normally exhausted when my daughter goes to bed that I just want to crash in my bed. The inch loss comes from a lot of walking I don't have a drivers licence and my Hubbie works shifts so he can't drive me about often :) x the foam bananas take me back to when I was little but you are so right I should stick to regular 'nanas as my girl calls them x
 
Know the feeling, I always have the best intentions to work out at home and then never really follow through! Walking is good though! Esp. With some shopping bags :)
 
That counts too :) I should get a dog. That way I'd have to walk every day. We live way out in the country, so hafta pretty much drive. When I was still in the city I used to cycle everywhere
 
Hmm I'm a cat person. Our house is in a town but it's on outskirts takes about an hour to walk it so a bit of a mission x

This morning I am so tired not feeling the love for any kind of diet just a big vat of coffee and my bed!!!! Buuuut in the real world....

Breakfast banana
Lunch roast beef and potato with plenty of veg on the side (carrots cauliflower broccoli butternut squash)
Dinner not sure if I'll be hungry after the roast :)

Yeah also a bit of a cat person myself (in servitude for two feline masters at the mo) but I like all animals :) a dog would deffo get me walking more :)

That's a good walk one way though! If I wanted to walk into the village it would take me 40mins as well , but the only reason I ever did that was to go to the local pub for a sneaky Sunday afternoon pint once. It's only a 5min drive tho

I notice you have your measurements
one thing you can do to give you a really good visual of the lost inches is
to join paper clips into a change the standard sized ones are an inch so every time you measure and lose an inch add them to your paper clip chain - keep it somewhere you can see it often - the door of your wardrobe :) then you can see the amount of inches you have lost

Depending on finances I want to surprise my Hubbie with a long weekend in new York in October :) my month with my mom in Zimbabwe is going to be in march cause it's too hot for Imogen in october!! They call it suicide month cause the heat is literally about to send you diving into the lake with the crocs!! Anyway I'd love to be in great shape!!! So that gives me rest of this month all of sept and some of oct to shift as much as possible!!!!
 
Am pleasantly surprised with that smash pizza. Think few herbs and garlic in the base it will be even better!! :) x
