Hello, just popping in to see how you're doing. Well done on your loss - 3lbs is great. Funnily enough, I lost 3lbs a couple of weeks ago too (unheard of for me, I usually manage a pound if that), and like you I'd eaten more junk than usual. Made me think I should do it more often which is a very slippery slope! Kitkat cubes sound interesting, it's so long since I visited the chocolate aisle I miss out on all these exciting new products.

Your pizza looks amazing, I must get some tortillas as they sound far more appetising than the Smash variety! Well worth 5 syns I think.

Keep up the good work, how wonderful to be a 'healthy weight'! x

Any gain makes me overweight though lol!!

also, clocked the jasmine rice - LOVE this stuff!!!!

Well done this week on maintaining - I know it's not a loss but it's awesome you've managed to get to a healthy weight and maintain it, rather than going back up again!

It's taken a long time of off and on SW dieting to finally get here as I haven't been at this weight since 2006 early pregnancy days!! Just 1 stone 3lbs to go til target -will start a countdown once I only gave 1 stone left ;)

I love Jasmine rice and Thai food. It's all delucious!

lol K your food diary normally makes me drool but today i am seriosuly drooling. [STRIKE]Then again i'm imagining the nutella, biscuits, Maltesers :p[/STRIKE] Don't frett too much over the munchies and do as you said and start again tomorrow. We can't be trusted near chocolate when TOTM is looming so you're not alone ;) Plus you have time to be extra good till WI :D You can do it! :party0011: Xx
