Officially it's 65kcals per serving but I stretched it to 4 servings so only 33kcals :) Had it with pasta & side salad - a good Green day if I was on SW lol

Therefore not cheating luvvie!!

Just tasted the jacket spuds and they were soooooooo watery and mingeing!!!!

So plan 2 - cook some pasta - big sure what to put with it though as on green and used up my HEBs

Well that was so vile so it was chucked away - don't you just hate it when jacket spuds are too watery ???

So we had my made up Tuna, sweetcorn Philly pasta instead = 1 HEA & 2 syns for the tuna!!

1 pint squash

Nope. It doesn't curdle - it just melts. I dont cook it on a high heat.

It's sooooooo easy to make K!!

For 2

Boil water - add pasta ( I use quick cook)
Cut 2 packs of ham into strips and fry in fry light. Add veg stock (300ml) and boil madly.

Drain pasta and put back in pan and add ham (should be a little stock left) , black pepper, 2 egg yolks and 100g philly original.

Cook and stir over a low heat until combined and nicely warmed - ta dah!!!!!

Day 4 cold turkey!!!
I've noticed I'm not sunning enough, but part of me is worrying that if I eat Chocs I'll lose the plot again - will add this in after a week of angelic goodness!!
