4 slices bread = 2 HEB
Spaghetti hoops
1 HEA cheese
2 Tblsp I can't believe (light) = 5 syns

I am here WG. But have not been on plan. I've gone completely AWOL. I am dreading the scales - as I haven't weighed in yonks, and I've been eating junk daily and not exercising. Clothes are tight too - so not great.

Weight getting me down, moving getting me down and my job is stressful too as we are going through a restructure. So I'm in a bit of a state really - and haven't been able to focus on what I am eating

Well diet starts today , and the weigh-in wasn't anywhere near as bad as it should have been!!

I haven't weighed in a month and I've put 4lbs on and eaten terribly every day!!

Can't Zumba this week as planned as I forgot my son is in a production on the same night.

So I will start with my food!!

Thankyou lovely ladies for sticking with me - big hugs to all of you.

1 tblsp Salsa = 0.5 syns

Another Mullerlight and ate more tortilla filling

4lbs on is a great result - amazing how it feels like more - when you think of how much extra we used to carry around!

I love that trigger of recognising the slippery slope - back in control baby!
